Had a very bad experience with another company that left my garage door still broken. I called Precision mid afternoon not expecting to get a technician same day. In less than 10 min I was checked in with a technician scheduled in a few hours! Greg called me back within 5 minutes and was able to make it sooner than scheduled. Outstanding no pressure service from Greg, laying out the options to make the repair and even pointed out a few things that should be done in the near future. Replaced both door springs very quick and the door worked better than before the spring broke! Greg even spent a few extra minutes to help solve a problem with the keypad. Top notch technician.

We needed emergency repair when one of the door springs snapped late Friday afternoon. Our usual company no longer did 24-hour service and couldn’t come out for three days. A friend recommended Precision, and I was so impressed—from the person who answered the phone to Paul, the technician, who arrived three hours before the scheduled time the next day. He was personable and knowledgeable, and he not only replaced the springs, but also other parts that were showing wear. The job was completed quickly, and we couldn’t have been more pleased. We now have a new garage door service company! Thank you!

My experience is frustrating based on the fact when I called for a Service Call Estimate I was quoted a very reasonable fee, which I inquired further are their any other fees? The C/S responded with "just a fee" for repair and again I felt it to be reasonable. The technician was very professional, courteous and informative. However, my issue was/is that my garage door occasionally would open for no reason at anytime. The recommended solution was to reprogram my door opener and remote noting he is not 100% positive this would solve the issue. Yet charged me an additional $64,00 for 20 min of time. I had a coupon for $20.00, which he rejected. Problem is not fixed yet.

On May 26, 2021, i had SWEETHAVEN DOORS & MORE come out to fix my garage door. They charged me $200 and the door was still not fixed. I called PRECISION DOOR SERVICE and they came out on the same day that i called them, July 7. BILL ADAMINI, Certified Technician, came out and REALLY fixed my door. He was so professional. John was on time, professional and courteous. Upon assessing my old garage door opener, he determined that the model was too old to repair and suggested a replacement. John replaced the garage door opener and belt in about an hour. He was prompt and professional! I also thought the price for the new opener + installation was very good. I was heading out Sunday morning, and found the garage door spring had broken (boy what a boom it made!). Called Precision and was given a arrival time of 4 to 6 p.m. that day. Instead the serviceman called soon after. The spring was replaced one hour later! This is the second time I've had work done by Precision. They've been responsive, effective and results have been good. Thank you Anthony!!
