Wonderful service. Technician was very capable. Offered some options on what they could do. Also, suggested some additional improvements to my system, but was not overbearing in trying to sell me extras. I was very pleased with the work he did. Definitely recommend them.

I was heading out Sunday morning, and found the garage door spring had broken (boy what a boom it made!). Called Precision and was given a arrival time of 4 to 6 p.m. that day. Instead the serviceman called soon after. The spring was replaced one hour later! This is the second time I've had work done by Precision. They've been responsive, effective and results have been good. Thank you Anthony!!

They come the same day I called. Dan, our technician, was quick to determine the of my opener problem. He replaced my 25 yr old opener with a quiet opener with many features. He also inspected and adjusted the springs and replace worn cables as they were under Warrenty from a previous purchase with precision. Dan finished the job in about 2 hours and explained the operation of the new one with us. Great Company and technician.

The technicians, Paul Broschk and Rick, were on time for the appointment, professional and knowledgeable of every aspect of the product. Paul explained the repair procedure and gave an estimated time of completion. Paul and Rick had the job completed way ahead of schedule. They answered all my questions and explained how to maintain the garage door. I would recommend this company. Wonderful employees!! Five years ago Precision Door serviced my garage door so I contacted the company again for tuneup service and repair of the remote door opener. I had same-day service by John Franks who arrived on time and was very courteous and explained what needed to be done very efficiently. Anthony came and fixed my garage door opener that wasn't working because of a chipmunk chewing one of the wires. He also fixed two of our other garage doors and did a great job.
