The tension cords on our garage broke and we couldn’t open/close our door. Called precision and they were able to get someone out the next day 8-10. Called at 8:30 said he’d be there in 1/2 hour. Fixed our garage and was out in 1/2 hour or so. Definitely recommend!

I know it has been quite a while since I received this email asking for a review. Better late than never. I guess. Service was top-notch. They were called, arrived, and replaced my broken garage door springs all within a couple hours. I would highly recommend this business and I fully intend to purchase their services again in the future should the need arise.

The technician was very good and helped me out. However the new opener is VERY LOUD and would not operate any of my existing equipment. He did try, But would not work and told me that in order to have them work i needed to buy some box at the price of $200.00 more dollars. Other than that he was done in no time at all. I also wanted a screw drive and ended up with a belt drive not sure if that is why it is so loud.

Very courteous, knowledgeable and great with dogs :) He called to say he was going to be early. (This conflicted with my business calls but did not prevent Anthony from coming and replacing my coil(s) without any interference.) Courteous staff from the woman who answered the phone and scheduled the repair to be done. The repairman was here a little over an hour later. He explained what was needed and explained three price ranges and the warranty offered. He soon had the work done and all is well. Highly recommend this company.

1st time customer and more importantly a satisfied customer. I called after 7:30 pm on a Monday night and got ahold of someone who arranged to have someone respond first thing in the morning. Our garage door spring had broken, trapping our car in the garage. We were worried about work and called hoping to get someone. Anthony showed up as promised, had the spring replaced and everyone got to work on time. I would definitely recommend them for prompt and excellent service.
