I was heading out Sunday morning, and found the garage door spring had broken (boy what a boom it made!). Called Precision and was given a arrival time of 4 to 6 p.m. that day. Instead the serviceman called soon after. The spring was replaced one hour later! This is the second time I've had work done by Precision. They've been responsive, effective and results have been good. Thank you Anthony!!

They come the same day I called. Dan, our technician, was quick to determine the of my opener problem. He replaced my 25 yr old opener with a quiet opener with many features. He also inspected and adjusted the springs and replace worn cables as they were under Warrenty from a previous purchase with precision. Dan finished the job in about 2 hours and explained the operation of the new one with us. Great Company and technician.

Anthony came and fixed my garage door opener that wasn't working because of a chipmunk chewing one of the wires. He also fixed two of our other garage doors and did a great job. Precision Door...great company! I would highly recommend them. My garage door broke late on a Saturday evening. I wasn’t sure what service companies would be available, if any, on a weekend. So,I went to Angie‘s list. Precision Door’s high rating, 24 hour available service and no extra charge for weekend service immediately caught my eye. I called and spoke to Jennifer. Wonderful lady. She tried to get me immediate service on Saturday, but that didn’t work out. However, she did set me up for service Sunday morning, at NO EXTRA CHARGE. Greg came out and diagnosed the problem quickly, a snapped steel cable. I also knew beforehand I needed to replace my garage door. Greg quickly and efficiently got my door back in operating condition, and explained all my options. He gave me a quote to replace my door and even applied some discounts that saved me $200!! I gave him the ok to order the door. That would take 2 weeks to arrive. Very grateful to Greg for his professionalism and efficiency. Today, two weeks later, my new door was installed by John Gilles. It took him 2 hours from start to finish. Unbelievable!! He was fantastic!! I am very happy with the new door and John’s installation. He is obviously a skilled tradesman that knows his craft well. Nice guy too! In my opinion, you can’t go wrong with this company.
