Precision Door...great company! I would highly recommend them. My garage door broke late on a Saturday evening. I wasn’t sure what service companies would be available, if any, on a weekend. So,I went to Angie‘s list. Precision Door’s high rating, 24 hour available service and no extra charge for weekend service immediately caught my eye. I called and spoke to Jennifer. Wonderful lady. She tried to get me immediate service on Saturday, but that didn’t work out. However, she did set me up for service Sunday morning, at NO EXTRA CHARGE. Greg came out and diagnosed the problem quickly, a snapped steel cable. I also knew beforehand I needed to replace my garage door. Greg quickly and efficiently got my door back in operating condition, and explained all my options. He gave me a quote to replace my door and even applied some discounts that saved me $200!! I gave him the ok to order the door. That would take 2 weeks to arrive. Very grateful to Greg for his professionalism and efficiency. Today, two weeks later, my new door was installed by John Gilles. It took him 2 hours from start to finish. Unbelievable!! He was fantastic!! I am very happy with the new door and John’s installation. He is obviously a skilled tradesman that knows his craft well. Nice guy too! In my opinion, you can’t go wrong with this company.

Absolutely amazing ! I called Precision Garage because my garage door started closing as I was pulling into my garage. It’s an attached garage, and needed this fixed right away. I am so thankful and grateful for the technician that came out the same day, and in less time that I was told. Thank you, Anthony Wise (Certified Technician), for helping fix what was wrong, and thoroughly explaining everything to me. Your were knowledgeable, friendly and very considerate to my concerns. I couldn't have had a better experience today. I called the company at 8:15 am to have my garage door opener looked at. By 9:55 Greg arrived at my door. He was very polite and professional. He replaced my garage door opener and was gone by 11:10 am. It doesn't get any better than that!

I called to set up an appointment for replacement of a broken spring at about 1:15 on 4/9. I was surprised that I was given an arrival time of between 3 & 5 pm the same day. Anthony Wise was my service technician and he arrived even a little earlier. He was extremely friendly, polite, neat, and efficient. He examined the garage door, noting that the cables were recently replaced. He did suggest replacing the rollers, which were 32 years old. No hard sell, just explained the need. Repairs were quickly completed. Very satisfied with the quick response and with the efficient service provided by Anthony.

I don’t always believe all the 5 star reviews on the internet but in this case I can assure you that it is true. I went from a broken 43 year old garage door opener to a brand new one in less than a hour and a half. Anthony was polite and explained my choices. He got to work quickly and took time to explain all of the features on my new opener. The new opener has amazing features (motion sensor light, battery backup, outside keypad and more) and I couldn’t be more pleased.

Excellent work, professional and pleasant technician and decent prices. We first used Precision to work on a garage door in an old house (1826) we bought. They did a wonderful job rebuilding the door at a significant cost less than a new door (our choice). After a year and a half, some additional old parts gave way, making the door inoperable. John was here the very next morning, and replaced all the old, cracked hinges and the door was working once again. He gave us a quote on a new door, but we are going to stretch the life of this one as long as we can.

Paul was very courteous, called and showed up on time. He explained what needed to be done and why before starting to work. Completed the job very quickly even in the heat and Humidity. Made sure everything was working properly before he left. Even made some adjustments on the door opener to make it run more smoothly. Cleaned up the area even better than before he arrived. Anthony came and fixed my garage door opener that wasn't working because of a chipmunk chewing one of the wires. He also fixed two of our other garage doors and did a great job. He was very personable and had them all fixed in a short time. If we have problems in the future, Precision Door is the first place I will call. Wonderful service.
