Precision came out to repair my door back in 2008 . They came out told me the repairs they also told me it wood be better to replace the door because of efficiency. There door tech are great to work with let alone nice to speak with . I give them a solid 5 Starr . They also had to come repair a spring today for me 6/22/15 . The tech bill was once again awesome told what I needed repaired in a swiftness awsome I would not do business with anyone else. They have my business and I would references them to everyone. I called them today at 9:40am today they had a tech at my door by a 11:00 am wow what type of service is that awesome. 5 Starr all the way ..thanks Precison.

Serviceman showed up promptly at scheduled time. Very professional. Explained all our options. We ended up purchasing the liftmaster 8550. My only negative and certainly does not reflecr on Matt was in looking at he options I did not realize it would be an extra charge to hook our opener to the internet which I would have liked. Other than that very happy with this company.

When Bill Adamini called, my husband was not home yet. When I told him the problem with the garage door, he responded professionally yet spoke like we were old friends. On arriving he went over all the check points with me and explained and showed, in detail, what needed to be replaced anjd also about the warranty. He is very informative. After given the cost, I chose the garage door to be rebuilt. When my husband arrived they spoke alone. We both agreed he acted professionally yet friendly and outgoing. He has knowledgeo of his job and worked on the door until it passed his inspection and ours. He is conscientious and definitely an asset to Precision Garage Door.
