He researched our door to find it was discontinued and made a brace to reinforce the door so it could be used saving us a lot over replacement of the damaged panel. This is our 3rd time using precision. So far it has always been an emergency, and they show up right away. Yesterday our door wouldn't close, the temperature was below zero, and we were expecting a snow storm to roll in. Many other companies would have called me to cancel my appointment to repair the garage door to a day when the weather was better to drive in. Precision Garage Door has been out to service my garage a few times since we bought our house 3 years ago, They answer their phones 24/7 and seem to always have times available to come out. I had a problem today (Sunday), I thought I would have to schedule an appointment in the coming days but came to find out that they had availability today. Anthony (great guy) came out and got me operational again. I couldn't be happier. The other thing to mention, Precision has company employees that drive logo'd trucks. I've had other company's do repairs and they are less professional, they drive their own personal cars and look sketch. Precision is a step above. Thanks
