Nick, the technician, did a great job troubleshooting and fixing the problem with our garage door which wasn't closing properly anymore. He pointed out the problem and replaced an old, worn circuit board; replaced the light which was no longer working with a new LED one; oiled the hinges; and provided new remote controls. He was very thorough and efficient, asking me several times throughout the process whether I had any questions or not and was pleasant to interact with. I'm very pleased with the service.

John Gilles is the Tech. that came out. He finished a job before me a little early so he called and stopped by sooner. I explained the problem and I had old wiring that caused the issue of the garage door not going up or down. He did not take long to fix it. John also did maintenance. Then I asked if he could install a new rubber on the lower part of the other garage door which he did. Previously, they installed a new garage door that still looks great. John explained everything and he was very professional and cleaned up after himself. John also came out today. I didn't have to wait a few days.

I would recommend Precision to everyone. The spring broke on my garage door around noon. I called and a service man was there by 1 pm. He had to go to North Olmsted to get the part. He returned and replaced the spring within a half hour. The door was working fine by 2 pm. I was so grateful as my special needs granddaughter, who is wheelchair bound, arrived home at 2:30. The only way to enter the house is through the garage where the ramp is. We wouldn't have had any way to get her into the house had it not been for their quick response to my service call.
