John Franks was our serviceman on 11/16/25. My husband and I were extremely satisfied by his knowledge and skill in repairing our garage door and the in depth of information about the condition of current door and parts and the type of door etc that would be recommended as replacement, as our current door/motor is over 30 years old. Friendly and knowledgeable technician completed my repair. Checked to make sure all was operating well. Was thoughtful and careful not to get my house dirty when walking thru to the garage. Explained options for repairs needed and also gave options for upgrading existing parts which are past their warranty period. Unlike a company I had called first and did not agree to use, this gentleman did not use any pressure tactics to try to get me to purchase parts I did not need!! I will definitely use Precision for any future repairs or to replace my current opener. I am very pleased !!
