He was friendly, explained thoroughly on how to operate the new Genie door opener, took his time with us and answered any questions we had. You have a very good employee working for you.

Paul Broschk was out this afternoon for the bi-annual routine/preventive maintenance I scheduled. He's always extremely efficient & knowledgeable, helpful/proactive & pleasant. He's been my tech since Precision installed my garage door in April 2023 & I request him each visit. I trust his work, he knows the maintenance history & I look forward to seeing him. Highly recommend him! PLEASE NOTE: Service Performed was NOT a Repair, but there was no option listed for routine/preventive maintenance.

Precision made it very easy to schedule service - I was able to fill out a quick form online without having to call anyone! I had called another company and had to go through voice prompts before eventually being hung up on. With Precision, I could chose my desired day, time slot, and reason for repair, got confirmation of my appointment, and someone was here right at the exact time. Anthony, the tech, was great. Very knowledgeable and friendly - and he got right to work. Our doors worked fine but were about 5 years old and needed a tune up. Anthony got me new rollers and greased all the hinges and offered some maintenance advice. After he was done, everything was much quieter and ran very smooth. Im glad I chose Precision!

Great service and professional help with our broken spring. Not a crisis, however their team/tech was available same-day and the pricing was comparable to other places I called. Super friendly help on the phone getting scheduled and the tech who showed up was patient to explain the issue and some other elements of the door. Overall, great help and superior customer service.

Had a great experience today with John Franks, the service tech. He guessed (and was correct on) the exact age of the garage door as well as the age of the motor. I was impressed. He was super pleasant and professional, as well as knowing his stuff. Not to mention, the company’s availability was excellent. I was able to make an appointment online with a two-hour window. We needed you pretty quickly, and John was here the next morning, and was even running early. Bonus! I would definitely recommend your company to others needing garage door service. It was a seamless process to schedule and delivered by a friendly person who instilled confidence that we were in good hands.

He was very friendly and informative explaining what he did and how we can keep our door running smoothly. On a Sunday morning, the spring on our garage door broke. Not a problem for a Sunday, but I had a doctor's appointment on Monday at 8:00 a.m. and, therefore, really needed the door fixed on Sunday. When I called, they gave me a window of 2 to 3 on Sunday afternoon. The tech called at 1:15 and said that, if it was okay with us, he was available then. He went through our various options. He fixed the spring and replaced the cables. He was knowledgeable, polite and did a great job.
