Our garage door opener quit working.Our son-in-law recommended Precision Overhead Door . Called and was able to book a same day appointment. Paul was here within a few hours. He diagnosed the problem. He replaced the opener and programmed our new door remotes. Paul is very knowledgeable and efficient. Call staff was great too.

Michael was very professional in his diagnosis of my garage door! He suggested that instead of a “tune up”, I replace the rollers and he was also able to straighten out the track as well as program two openers for me! Only issue came when there was a problem with the payment which is fine as I have the invoice at this time and will pay promptly as well as use you guys again in the future!

Anthony was efficient and professional. He completed the replacement of both torsion springs and the end bearing plates in under an hour. He was easy to talk with, explained what he was doing as he worked, and answered questions without any pressure. The door is working smoothly after the repair. The price was on the higher side for the parts and labor, but the work itself was done cleanly and quickly. I would use them again for future service.

Al did a FANTASTIC job! He was on time and very efficient in the rebuild of our garage door infrastructure and replacement of the opener. He cleaned up after himself and then went over every operation with us. We chose Precision because of their customer service as we have used them before. As always they did not disappoint!
