I called yesterday and setup the appointment, my garage door is now fully functional, that's a very good feeling! Paul was a great pleasure to associate with. I chose Precision Overhead Garage Door because the ratings were pretty good and booking online was very easy. I booked a time that was scheduled for 12-2pm for installation and the tech called earlier and had an opening starting at 11am that was confirmed. The tech was on time as scheduled. Once here I showed him the concern > a snapped cable and he asked one question, when was the garage door last serviced and I shared about a year ago. Next, the tech shared that he would be installing 2 brand new cables and it should take him 15-20mins or so and he would be done. Towards the end I came out and noticed that he was lubricating the rollers, hinges and he changed two lightbulbs without confirmation from me. I thought this was just a part of the service from Precision since the tech took the initiative to do this without confirmation. I had just lubed everything 2-3 days before. In the end the tech was awesome with no complaints on his professionalism & workmanship (5 stars). But what brought the rating down to 3 stars is the fact that I was charged additional for a garage door tune up that I didn't request or have any idea that I would be charged for until the paperwork was presented and the work was completed.

The spring on our garage door broke and I was unable to open the door. Fortunately, the car was not inside the garage at the time that the spring broke. After we called Precision, our Service-person, Zoran, contacted us immediately to let us know that he was on his way and gave us an estimated time of arrival. He was actually at our home and working on our door less than an hour after we called Precision to request service. Zoran was very courteous, professional and skilled. He was able to remove the broken spring, replace it with a new one quickly and safely and adjusted the torque of the spring appropriately. He also lubricated all of the moving parts. Our garage door is now as good as new. Zoran is an outstanding representative of your company. We are repeat customers of Precision Overhead Garage Door and we will not hesitate to call Precision again if the need arises because of our experience with Precision to date.

Visit, installation went fine. I just wish the hardware (new lock) came in the same color as the vinyl doors to save my painting it with an unperfect match. No choices below quite match what was done. Not sure what to put for "product purchased." Mr. Wise installed a lock and key for one door because there is no person door. He also tuned up/lubricated the door(s) and opener. Thus charged considerably more than estimate I was given on the phone but I the person on phone was not definite. All okay.

I purchased a garage door in 2022 and was very satisfied with the explanation of options and the low pressure sale. I have 2 garages and the 2nd one needed all new springs and things. The repair was done on the spot and the garage door opens and closes again. They also came the day I called them.

The operator I talked to scheduled a technician and notated the present description of my garage door. She was quick, she told me the technicians name and explained the technician would call before arrival. The technician, who was Michael, called before arriving and gave me an estimated time of arrival. Once, Michael arrived he was in a van with the company's logo on it, and he was very nice. He assessed the damage to the door and asked several questions about what I wanted, then he presented different options. He was very knowledgeable and explained the entire installation process as well. I felt at ease and I would recommend Precision Garage Door.
