Paul was fantastic! Helped us repair and salvage two old wood doors I thought were dead. He put in extra work (fixing a bad job from a prior company) for no charge and saved us a bunch of money not needing new doors, saving a piece of history. 75+ year old doors running like new. I called this morning and spoke to a real person. That’s alway a plus in my book. Booked an appointment for same day and the service person showed up on time (even a bit early). I got the courtesy call to advise he was on the way as I was promised. Punctual and very efficient. Took the time to educate me a bit on my old door. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Will definitely call again when I need a repair or want to update the door.

This was my 1st experience with Precision and now I won't utilize any other company for anything related to my garage door/opener, even though I have a home warranty. Zoran is extremely knowledgeable, very polite, very professional. He pointed out some subtle signs of things that had happened to the door prior to my owning the house, recommended a maintenance item I can easily do, and readily replaced both springs and rollers. I read the reviews on Precision prior to calling them, and I know why they're all so glowing - they've earned them.

We chose Precision Garage Door Repair because they have hours when we are available and they have great reviews. John was our technician, and he was outstanding! He repaired the openers as requested but also pointed out that one of our springs was broken, which puts undo strain on the motor. He replaced that and also educated us on garage door maintenance, information we had never before received from a garage door repair person. We are very glad we chose Precision and will used them again!
