John was here within 90 minutes of my phone call, knew his stuff beyond a doubt and replaced two torsion springs in less than an hour. John Franks was our serviceman on 11/16/25. My husband and I were extremely satisfied by his knowledge and skill in repairing our garage door and the in depth of information about the condition of current door and parts and the type of door etc that would be recommended as replacement, as our current door/motor is over 30 years old. Also he came out on a Saturday, same day we called. John called ahead and gave me a time he would arrive. Once there he did a thorough inspection of all components of the door. Based on inspection he recommended that i replace the cables as well as springs, showing me the condition of the cables. Replaced all parts, explaining what he was doing. After installing everything, during initial testing he found that he would have to go to a larger spring on the one side. So, he disassembled and reassembled with the larger spring. He re-tested demonstrating how it was working correctly. John is polite, friendly, and exceedingly knowledgeable of his business. He is a great ambassador for you company. I will recommend your company to anybody who asks.

We were happy with the service. Our cable on our garage door broke late Friday after 5pm. I called them and they answered the phone and made the appointment for the next morning-Saturday from 8 to 10 AM. They were here promptly and communicated prior to appointment. I had Precision Garage Door install openers nearly 15 years ago, and they worked perfectly until a glitch today. One of the doors wouldn't close. I’ve used Precision Door in the past. Very happy with their service. They come the day you call them with everything in their truck needed to make repairs, and very skilled and knowledgeable technicians. A few years ago, they installed my Lift Master door opener. Did a great job. Door wouldn’t close today. The door is quite old and heavy. A crucial hinge had rusted out and broken. My repairman, John, replaced the hinge and I’m back in business. My old garage doors are extremely heavy and quite old. I’ve been thinking about replacing them for a few years. John recommended that it was time to get new doors. He helped me choose doors that will work for me. I’m excited to solve this long time problem. I know I have a company I can trust to take care of it.
