Tech John Franks was punctual, polite and obviously very knowledgeable. He quickly realized my issue was very minor yet he took the time to explain everything to me. John was on time, professional and courteous. Upon assessing my old garage door opener, he determined that the model was too old to repair and suggested a replacement. John replaced the garage door opener and belt in about an hour. He was prompt and professional! I also thought the price for the new opener + installation was very good.
