I called because I remembered there was a garage door service place close to our home. I was happy to have someone come out within a couple hours. John Franks installed our new opener because he was knowledgeable about our old opener and he reassured us the opener learn button was broken as we suspected. Unbelievable, prompt and professional service by John Franks! I called Precision garage and spoke with Daphne(very nice) and explained I was dog sitting at my son’s house and the garage would not open with the key pad. I panicked since the dog was in his cage and I needed to get inside the house(I didn’t have a key)! She said someone would be there between 12 noon - 2pm. I received a call PROMPTLY and John Franks said he would be to the house in 35 minutes. He arrived in less than 35 minutes! He was able to pry open the garage door and noticed the spring was broken.
