Tech John Franks was punctual, polite and obviously very knowledgeable. He quickly realized my issue was very minor yet he took the time to explain everything to me. He charged me only for the service call as he told me that was the only fair way to do it since he was at my hse for such a short time. John was on time, professional and courteous. Upon assessing my old garage door opener, he determined that the model was too old to repair and suggested a replacement. John replaced the garage door opener and belt in about an hour. He was prompt and professional! I also thought the price for the new opener + installation was very good. I would definitely recommend John and Precision Overhead Garage Door to anyone needing a garage door opener repaired or installed.

Precision installed my garage door opener 5 years ago and Precision Overhead Garage Door last year. The Walnut garage door is the most beautiful one on the street, but yesterday my opener started to not work right. Today Jim came out and corrected the problem and it was fixed. We called and got an appointment the next day. We got the call and John was on his way at exactly the time frame we were told. We talked about what we wanted and he had everything with him and so we got the new opener in about an hour and a half or so! John was a pleasure, professional and a kind, friendly guy!
