Two days from the time I called Precision, the company door technician had installed a new garage door opener. At a home visit, John assessed the old, improperly installed garage door opener and outlined my options. He returned two days later and installed the correct opener. He worked efficiently and neatly. He was friendly and clearly explained what he was doing, what I needed to do (electrical outlets - code) and reviewed the operating procedures. The door works great! When I buy a new door, I’ll ask that John install it.

I was able to book an appointment the next day as opposed to next week or next month. 4. The mechanic called to let me know when he was on his way and his estimate time of arrival. 5. The mechanic checked out the problem and determined it wasn't a simple fix and explained and demonstrated it. 6. Mechanic gave me 2 repair estimates in writing.
