John was born and raised in the Cleveland area and is the oldest of 4 siblings (all sisters!). In his spare time he enjoys being in the outdoors camping and off roading/mudding. He loves music and really enjoys playing his bass guitar. John is a great problem solver and loves a good challenge.

Tech John Franks was punctual, polite and obviously very knowledgeable. He quickly realized my issue was very minor yet he took the time to explain everything to me. He charged me only for the service call as he told me that was the only fair way to do it since he was at my hse for such a short time. I would gladly use and/or recommend Precision Door and John Franks again.

I had a very good experience with Precision Door Service. From my initial contact through the installation I found people both courteous and professional. The response time was unbelievable! John was on time, professional and courteous. Upon assessing my old garage door opener, he determined that the model was too old to repair and suggested a replacement. John replaced the garage door opener and belt in about an hour. He was prompt and professional! I also thought the price for the new opener + installation was very good. I would definitely recommend John and Precision Overhead Garage Door to anyone needing a garage door opener repaired or installed.

Precision installed my garage door opener 5 years ago and Precision Overhead Garage Door last year. The Walnut garage door is the most beautiful one on the street, but yesterday my opener started to not work right. Today Jim came out and corrected the problem and it was fixed. Precision is the only one I will call for help on my garage door and opener. Great Job............

We called and got an appointment the next day. We got the call and John was on his way at exactly the time frame we were told. We talked about what we wanted and he had everything with him and so we got the new opener in about an hour and a half or so! John was a pleasure, professional and a kind, friendly guy! The Service Tech, was polite and professional. He notified when he would be out before he came. He adjusted my springs and was able to install the weather barrier on the bottom of the door. He suggested a few things to keep my eye on and then he was off to his next service call. The service tech was fast, clean and polite. I would recommend them for any of your service needs.

They come the same day I called. Dan, our technician, was quick to determine the of my opener problem. He replaced my 25 yr old opener with a quiet opener with many features. He also inspected and adjusted the springs and replace worn cables as they were under Warrenty from a previous purchase with precision. Dan finished the job in about 2 hours and explained the operation of the new one with us. Great Company and technician.

My Garage Door spring had broke and I needed a lock put on my garage so if the lights goes out my car would not be stuck in the garage. Service was great and I am satisfied. Thank You
