Five years ago Precision Door serviced my garage door so I contacted the company again for tuneup service and repair of the remote door opener. I asked Precision to install a garage door keypad and provide a remote opener for an older car I own. The technician did run a few minutes late but called me in advance to advise me of the delay which was only 10 minutes off the scheduled time. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. He also inspected my garage door and provided good information for future consideration. He paired my new car with the opener and answered all my questions. If I have a garage door issue in the future, Precision will be my first call!

Called on a Wednesday and service was completed by 9:00am the next morning. John the technician identified, immediately, my issue and corrected it. Great service doesn't happen very often. Thanks for providing it.
