Our garage door spring snapped around 6:00 on Saturday. We looked up Precision since they had fixed our door in the past and called around 7:00. To our surprise and delight we were able to make an appointment for the next morning. What exceptional customer service with doing repairs on a Sunday. Our tech, John Franks, was super polite and courteous. He was right on time and repairs the door within an hour. We highly recommend Precision Door and Thank you for the top notch service.

John Franks - WOW!! - The cable on one of my garage doors broke and I needed to have it repaired. I called a couple of companies and neither of them did residential work on Saturdays. I kept looking and found Precision! Not only did they do residential work on Saturdays, they were able to send someone out the very next day!! I was thoroughly satisfied with that and when John arrived, he just added to my overall experience. John was great! He knew exactly what he was doing and explained things to me about the repair. I felt that John was extremely knowledgeable in his work and I was impressed! So Thank You John and Precision! I'm so happy my door is fixed! John Franks replaced the gasket on the bottom of my garage door, checked the operation of the door and opener, and lubricated the door. I was concerned about mice entering my garage around the ends of the old gasket. He performed the work in a very professional manner and gave me a lot of good information about maintaining the door. I had my door serviced exactly a year ago. The technician then talked me into purchasing the premium springs and the other components that cost twice more than the cheaper ones that he said would not last. Recently the “premium” springs have gotten loose and the garage door closed on me while I was inside it. I had to pay a service fee of over $60.00 today after the technician tightened the springs. I will never use this company again. The premium components were supposed to have been premium and should have lasted longer than the components we had before that came from the Home Depot and lasted for years.

Garage door springs broke on a Thursday Called a local garage repair company and they told me they could not repair it until Monday between 10 and 5. Then I called PRECISION Should have done that first! VERY PROFESSIONAL ON THE PHONE, WORKED WITH ME AROUND OUR WORK SCHEDULE AND IT WAS REPAIRED FRIDAY AFTERNOON! Very happy with the response and the service. I called Home advisor and requested quotes. Precision called me back within an hour and was able to setup an appointment when I needed it for Monday morning. The tech call before he arrive with an eta which was the time line I setup when I called to setup the appointment. The James F. was great he explained everything and made recommendations. He told and showed me the difference between the springs he was going to replace and the new ones. I got both replaced and he went over the warranty. He also check ed and lubricated the rest of the garage door parts. I have another property and plan the call Precision when I need them. And by the way none of the other companies got back to me yet.
