The Service Tech, was polite and professional. He notified when he would be out before he came. He adjusted my springs and was able to install the weather barrier on the bottom of the door. They come the same day I called. Dan, our technician, was quick to determine the of my opener problem. He replaced my 25 yr old opener with a quiet opener with many features. He also inspected and adjusted the springs and replace worn cables as they were under Warrenty from a previous purchase with precision. Dan finished the job in about 2 hours and explained the operation of the new one with us. Great Company and technician.
