I asked Precision to install a garage door keypad and provide a remote opener for an older car I own. The technician did run a few minutes late but called me in advance to advise me of the delay which was only 10 minutes off the scheduled time. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. He also inspected my garage door and provided good information for future consideration. He paired my new car with the opener and answered all my questions. If I have a garage door issue in the future, Precision will be my first call!

I would recommend Precision to anyone. I called in the morning and my technician, John Franks, arrived in the afternoon. I thought I needed to replace the opener, but John took the time to evaluate my system. He replaced the rollers and pulleys, realigned the rails and lubricated all the hinges. The sensor was not working well, so he replaced that, as well as mounting it properly. Instead of sounding like a drawbridge over a moat, my garage door glides easily. Thanks, John, for your professionalism and your attention to details.

As They ALWAYS DO PRECISION DOOR has taken care of my problem. People like to play with buttons and some times cause more harm then Help. The button pusher was opening the door for me that i already opened. Needless to say Damage did occur and Precision came to my RESCUE. "John F" is a great representative. To our surprise and delight we were able to make an appointment for the next morning. What exceptional customer service with doing repairs on a Sunday. John Franks - WOW!! - The cable on one of my garage doors broke and I needed to have it repaired. I called a couple of companies and neither of them did residential work on Saturdays. I kept looking and found Precision! Not only did they do residential work on Saturdays, they were able to send someone out the very next day!! I was thoroughly satisfied with that and when John arrived, he just added to my overall experience. John was great! He knew exactly what he was doing and explained things to me about the repair.
