I chose Precision Door because of the ability to call on Sunday evening when our garage door opener failed. A technician was promised to service the opener the next day. Our technician was John Franks. He called to let us know when he would arrive, and he arrived when he said he would. John Franks was professional,knowledgeable, friendly and extremely thorough. I was pleased with the service. John arrived on time, explained the worn out parts and what could be done to make my garage door work efficiently with a lifetime warranty. Also the technicians are well trained and the website showing their photos makes this a friendly company. There were many phone numbers listed for Precision which confused me but I was able to make an appointment easily according to my schedule.

I have have to say I was really impressed with the whole service. The customer service department was able to set up an appointment very quickly. John called 15 minutes ahead and arrived promptly. He was congenial and professional. He genuinely showed enthusiasm for his work. I was worried that he would not be able to open the door as it seemed frozen to me and there is no window or side door to allow access inside, but when he was able push one side of the garage door in there was a metallic pop followed by the door opening. I had to resist going into Don Rickles mode; "What are you, some kind of garage door chiropractor?" But John looked around and made a recommendation. He explained why he was recommending certain things and how he would do them. He also never used any jargon and was clear and concise in his language. His work was done promptly and thoroughly. I highly recommend this company.

Selected Precision after doing research on service and value. Super impressed with ability to assess my door within an hour. Phone support was outstanding. Technician inspected and assessed repair quickly and was very professional. Door was temporarily repaired to allow use and a well informed decision to replace and upgrade the door was made with good recommendation and information. The service and the quality of the work is a 5/5. The spring broke in half and we actually bought the entire commercial mechanism. John Franks is outstanding, explaining everything he does, has company uniform on and a badge, fully insured, this was our 2nd experience with Precision. Upon arriving home from vacation, we realized our garage door wouldn't open. Both springs were broken. Our neighbor had Precision fix his garage door, so he gave us the number. Next day service was prompt and professional. Work done was completed in a timely manner. John Franks was our service guy and he explained everything thoroughly. Couldn't be happier with the results. I will definitely use this company again. The first thing that really impressed me was the same day service. The second thing is the email I received telling me the name of the technician along with a link so I could see his face and read his bio. John was great. He was thorough, complete, efficient, and totally professional. He corrected the initial problem and them pointed out one safety issue (raveling cable) and explained the reason for the noise (new rollers would eliminate). Installation was quick. Door works great. My garage door problem was an easy fix. I called sometime after 8:30AM and they gave me a window 0f 10A-12P. Shortly after 10 John (very nice employee) called and said he would be there in 5 minutes and he was true to his word. It's Sunday and our garage door won't open, we call your company to see when you could come out & to our surprise within the hour your service man, John Franks was at our back door. I phoned Precision because the cable snapped on one of my garage bay doors. They arranged for a serviceman to fix it that very afternoon. I was stunned. Right after being stunned, I was impressed at the professional website accompanying the confirmation of the appointment. The website included assurances that the service person would be driving a truck with the company's name on it and be wearing a uniform. I was told the name of the person assigned to my repair and was able to see his photograph and read reviews previous customers had posted about him. John Franks phoned to tell me he was on the way to my house and provided an arrival time. He was exactly on time. He looked at the job and made an assessment to see if there were any other critical fixes the bay door needed. You know repairmen always find some other critical fix. But John Franks did not tell me any stories that implied impending doom if I did not lay out more money for repairs. In fact, he didn't even charge me for the service call. This guy is a professional and deserving of all the complements written by previous customers. I will always call Precision when I have a garage door problem.
