John was born and raised in the Cleveland area and is the oldest of 4 siblings (all sisters!). In his spare time he enjoys being in the outdoors camping and off roading/mudding. He loves music and really enjoys playing his bass guitar. John is a great problem solver and loves a good challenge.

Our old opener was installed in 1995, so time for a new one as it was no longer working. The technician (John Frank) came out the next day after calling for service. After explaining the new opener features and cost, he said it would be 1 hour to install, and it was. Felt bad he had to work during this really cold spell we're having. Everything works fine, so quiet compared to the old one, also we're able to open the garage with our smartphones.

Our service technician was John Franks. He did an outstanding job of explaining the problem, and how he was going to solve the problem. He finished the job in a very workman like manner. He went above and beyond the job to fix other little problems he saw to help increase the functionality of the door. At first I thought they were trying to up-sell me on additional parts. The tech took the time to show me the parts on my door that were worn out by comparing it to new parts. Glad he did. Door works great now and is whisper quiet. Also, appreciate the prompt response. Called at 1pm for broken spring, showed up at 3:30pm, all fixed by 5pm. Would recommend.

We want educate our customer in how a properly functioning garage door should work and it is much easier to explain if we compare our quality parts to the old worn parts on the door. The operator bracket on my garage door separated from the door preventing it from opening. I called Precision Door Service and the issue was resolved the next morning! John was thorough in his inspection procedure, walked me through several repair options and was very meticulous in his repair; even pausing throughout the procedure to explain to me what he was doing. I am incredibly happy with the result and confident the service was done to the highest of standards. I honestly would not have expected this level of service (from start to finish) from a garage door service company. We will definitely be using them again; though I don't think we'll need to!

I was very pleased with the whole process. John Franks the technician was very knowledgeable and very helpful. John installed the new opener and recommended we replace the rollers. I was very impressed on how he installed the new opener because we have a Screen Solutions he had to work around. We purchased the Liftmaster unit and couldn't be happier. Much quieter than Genie.Thanks again.

5 stars! I have used Precision door for years and have always had good service. My service needs are addressed promptly. My technician this time was John. Very courteous and professional, which I think is especially important when you have someone coming to your home to work.
