In the past year I have spent $1,500 on springs and a new garage door opener with Precision. The service guys have been great. However, I recently purchased a $999 opener instead of $699 one because I believe I was misled on the warranty of the $699 opener. I was told the $699 opener didn't have more than a 5 year warranty on the motor and/or belt. I merely wanted an opener with a keypad and 2 remotes...however I was told the warranty was better on the $999 model. Then I was told I needed new rollers and that would cost me $230!!! I've spent over $1,500 in the last 2 months and they want $230 for 10 rollers? I felt I was deceived on the warranty and the after spending $1,500 i felt the rollers should have been discounted.

I had called to schedule service on a snapped torsion spring on 11/29. Fully expecting a week or more wait time, I was delighted to hear that they were able to dispatch a technician within 24 hrs. I also loved that the dispatcher was able to give me a very realistic window for service (12pm-2pm). Was also pleasantly surprised to hear that Anthony was able to make it nearly two full hours early before that window as well. My garage door spring had broken, and my cars were trapped inside. I searched and saw that Precision Overhead Garage Door had same-day service. So grateful to the technician, Anthony! Very courteous, knowledgeable and great with dogs :) He called to say he was going to be early. (This conflicted with my business calls but did not prevent Anthony from coming and replacing my coil(s) without any interference.) From the time I called until the time my garage door was back in working condition, it took only 3 hours. Thank you!

1st time customer and more importantly a satisfied customer. I called after 7:30 pm on a Monday night and got ahold of someone who arranged to have someone respond first thing in the morning. Our garage door spring had broken, trapping our car in the garage. We were worried about work and called hoping to get someone. Anthony showed up as promised, had the spring replaced and everyone got to work on time. I would definitely recommend them for prompt and excellent service.

The technician was able to come by earlier than scheduled. The door repair was done quickly. The estimate was spot on and Anthony could not have been more cordial and helpful. As my car was parked in the garage behind the door with the broken spring, it was tricky. But Anthony directed me in inching up of the vehicle and he was finished in minutes.
