We called Precision to replace our broken garage door opener, and we are glad we did. Anthony did a terrific job installing the new garage door opener. He arrived on time, clearly explained the entire process and features of the new opener, worked efficiently, and was completed within the hour. His work included setting up the new remote opener and he even reset the opener functions in our cars before he left. We were impressed with the quality and service. I called early on a Sunday morning. I couldn’t open the door due to a broken spring. The repairman arrived earlier than expected and everything was fixed before mid afternoon. Cost was more than what I was expecting after googling average repair costs, but overall I was pleased with the results and very happy with the speed of the repair.

I chose this company because I was referred by a friend. When he had a problem with his garage door he mentioned that you worked promptly and took care of the matter right away. I was disappointed, knowing that there was still a service charge for you coming to look at my door and no work was done. Even when filling out this survey, it talked about a service performed, and there was nothing physically done to my garage door, other than looking at the problem. It’s still making me select a service performed when nothing was done so disappointed in that as well. I am listing it as broken garage door repair even though nothing was fixed or done to my door.

I called at 10:00 on a Saturday morning and was able to have a tech come to our house between noon and 2:00. I was very happy when he arrived a little before noon. Anthony Wise, our tech, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem and our garage door was fixed within an hour. Super pleased with service!

As a previous customer, we knew we could trust Precision to replace the garage door after moving to another state. Shortly, after the replacement, the seal around the door began to sag. Thanks for the quick response to my service call. Anthony arrived on time, worked quickly, and had my door back in operation in a few minutes . He suggested swapping out the led bulb in the opener for a standard bulb to avoid electrical interference with the door operation. Also, he was to provide two options for new door openers with pricing but i have not yet received any information.

Purchased a new garage door and new garage ope new 16 months ago and garage opener was installed incorrectly . The two screws did not hit a stud and came out of the dry wall. Called to get it repaired and they still charged me a 75$ service charge for there poor workmanship. Very disappointed for there poor workmanship. ???? Thats there mistake and should not have been charged. I would have just recounted the drive bar myself.
