What a great addition to our Precision Family! John is a top-notch technician and we are lucky to have him on board! He's a pretty well rounded guy and easy going guy with a passion for leather working, gardening, and spending a good long time making "real BBQ"! He also enjoys tinkering with his old pickup truck, is an avid Cleveland Indians fan and spends much quality time brushing his long, flowing hair! He also loves spending plenty of quality time with his family and his pup.

This was the first time I have tried Precision. I am very satisfied! It was incredibly easy to make an appointment online, with many same-day options available. The work was quick, clean, and resolved my issue. The technician, John Gilles, called when he was on his way and arrived when expected. He immediately diagnosed the problem. He then made a special trip to pick up the necessary parts. He was very polite and took his time to explain everything. I will definitely contact Precision the next time I need my garage door repaired.

John G. arrived on time and immediately inspected my garage door to determine the problem. He kindly took the time to show me the deliberate damage that had been done to the door by the previous garage door repairman who had been at my home three days prior. He explained what needed to be done to correct the problem, and after agreeing for him to do the work he had the door working in less than thirty minutes. Again he took the time to make certain all was properly working to my satisfaction. If I have any problems in the future, I will use Precision again. When a new door is needed, they will install it.
