What a great addition to our Precision Family! John is a top-notch technician and we are lucky to have him on board! He's a pretty well rounded guy and easy going guy with a passion for leather working, gardening, and spending a good long time making "real BBQ"! He also enjoys tinkering with his old pickup truck, is an avid Cleveland Indians fan and spends much quality time brushing his long, flowing hair! He also loves spending plenty of quality time with his family and his pup.

John G. arrived on time and immediately inspected my garage door to determine the problem. He kindly took the time to show me the deliberate damage that had been done to the door by the previous garage door repairman who had been at my home three days prior. He explained what needed to be done to correct the problem, and after agreeing for him to do the work he had the door working in less than thirty minutes. Again he took the time to make certain all was properly working to my satisfaction. If I have any problems in the future, I will use Precision again. When a new door is needed, they will install it.

I can not comment on the installation because we have to wait because our door has to be specially made because of the size

Friendly and knowledge technician. The primary reason for call was my remote garage opener wouldn’t work due to battery issues, unfortunately the technician didn’t have batteries on his truck to get it working. On time, excellent service! Lots of issues I blamed on door weight and shifting ground from a nearby tree all disappeared after John finished his work. Turns out the door was never installed right to begin with twenty two years ago.... John also took time to explain to me how to use everything, trouble shoot it, what to do for power outtages and even how to maintain it to make it last and continue to work correctly. Very impressive - their numbers in my contacts now and I will definitely recommend them.

Excellent work, professional and pleasant technician and decent prices. We first used Precision to work on a garage door in an old house (1826) we bought. They did a wonderful job rebuilding the door at a significant cost less than a new door (our choice). After a year and a half, some additional old parts gave way, making the door inoperable. John was here the very next morning, and replaced all the old, cracked hinges and the door was working once again. He gave us a quote on a new door, but we are going to stretch the life of this one as long as we can.

I called Precision, a referral from my brother, after the spring on my garage door broke. My info was taken down in detail and I was given a time frame for service, which was very quick. Rep "John" came and did an excellent job in repairing my door, added new cables too, and explained everything he was doing, and why. He was very polite, efficient, considerate and informative. Wow!! I cannot stress enough how pleased I am with Precision/Cleveland Garage Doors! Our opener broke this morning, leaving us stranded with door half up! I called and was quoted a late morning service visit and a wonderful serviceman, John, actually got to my house earlier. He immediately saw the problem, explained everything clearly, and gave me options to fix the issue. He was very nice and worked quickly to install a new opener. John then explained everything that I need to know about operating it, etc. and I love this new opener! I cannot believe how quiet it is and we can access it from an app, plus a back up battery in case of a power outage. What a fabulous business. I am impressed with the superfast response time, the high quality opener and most of all, the superb service that John provided. I feel that this is a top-notch operation with highly skilled, honest, genuinely nice service people. Thank you to John for saving our day!

This was a visit for a garage door estimate Not only did John come in on a Saturday but he was prompt (early)knowledgeable,and extremely thorough. There was no pressure tactics and we were very comfortable with his recommendations and price.
