We were very pleased at the prompt same-day service provided by Precision. The technician, J. Franks, arrived when he said he would and did a through inspection of our garage door system, he explained what work was to be done and why the work was needed, and told us upfront what the total cost would be. Mr. Franks did the repair work and new cable installation in a very professional and efficient manner. He answered all our questions. We give Precision and Mr. Franks a 5 Star rating and recommend them to anyone for a top-notch job at a fair price. Thanks !

Anthony called to let us know he was 15 minutes away. He was here 10 minutes before the scheduled appointment.He went over our options on the repair service. He explained in detail the repair which we chose. Anthony told us the time it would take to do the repair.I would recommend Precision Overhead Door.Anthony was very professional and personable.

As always, Precision Door comes through! The spring on our garage door broke. A quick phone call and they were there to make the repair. Our technician, Zorn Jovanovic was fantastic. I was very pleased with the service provided by Anthony and Precision Door. I placed a call at noon on 4/27 and by 2:30 pm, we had a new Garage Door Opener. In addition, Anthony replaced the rollers on our door and it has never run quieter or smoother. Anthony is an excellent ambassador for Precision Door and I would recommend both Precision Door and Anthony to anyone needing Garage Door Service!

Will did a fantastic job diagnosing the problem with our garage door (broken spring) and notifying us of the other issues with our 25 year-old builder grade garage door. We decided to replace the entire garage door and are very happy with how Will and the company handled a manufacturer's error with the door color. Will serviced our garage door on a cold Sunday morning. He installed new torsion springs and noted some other concerns that we also had him repair. He was courteous, friendly, and a pleasure to have in our home. I wish more tradesmen were as personable as he was. We hope that we don't have to see him again anytime soon (no offense!), but if we do have a need for further repairs, I intend to ask for him by name!!!

Called on a Holiday weekend Saturday afternoon 2PM appt. Set up for between 2-4 and the repairman would call when he has on his way to let you know his arrival time. At about 2:30, Ryan, the repairman called and said he could be here by 3:00 if that was convenient as he finished a call earlier than expected and was only 15 minutes away. I told him to come ahead. Ryan, was pleasant, friendly, he walked in the garage, looked up and said I see your problem from here a broken spring. He gave us the price and advised us that it is better to do both at once. He did them quick, neat and even re-programmed one of our garage door openers. Great Job Ryan, Thank You

Excellent experience, I called after lunch and was told a technician would be available later in the afternoon. Zoran quickly diagnosed the problem, recommended a couple of options, and we decided to purchase a new belt drive opener. He was very knowledgeable, professional and completed the install quickly.
