Called another Garage door company on Saturday to repair a broken Spring. The employee told me there would be a $350 extra charge to come out on the weekend and/or after hours. He said I could call on Monday morning at 8 AM to schedule service, but there was no guarantee they could come out on the same day because Monday's "are really busy". Sunday morning I searched the internet for another company and found Precision. Weekend and Evening appointments at no extra charge!! I called and the excellent receptionist scheduled me for service to arrive in less than 3 hours. My technician, Bill Adamini, was polite, professional, and did the job correctly, at a reasonable price! With so many bad experiences with sub-par businesses, it was refreshing to see a company like Precision. Many thanks and keep up the good work!! All companies should operate like yours!!

Our garage door spring snapped around 6:00 on Saturday. We looked up Precision since they had fixed our door in the past and called around 7:00. To our surprise and delight we were able to make an appointment for the next morning. What exceptional customer service with doing repairs on a Sunday. Our tech, John Franks, was super polite and courteous. He was right on time and repairs the door within an hour. We highly recommend Precision Door and Thank you for the top notch service.

You guys came through for me again. I don't remember the tech's name but we was helpful, professional and called to see if he could come earlier than originally planned. The door itself is shot and needs to be replaced so he took measurements and I said that come spring I'll be looking to you guys to install a new door.

John Franks replaced the gasket on the bottom of my garage door, checked the operation of the door and opener, and lubricated the door. I was concerned about mice entering my garage around the ends of the old gasket. He performed the work in a very professional manner and gave me a lot of good information about maintaining the door. I really appreciated John giving a call to let me know he was on the way to my house.

I know about nothing when it comes to garage doors but Paul was so helpful explaining everything he was seeing and showing me what the issues were and making me feel like I was making an informed decision. My call taker was quick and courteous. He got my info correct the first time I said it! Bill, the tech, was even earlier than was scheduled the day I called. (The problem occurred on Sunday ) He immediately got on the problem repairing the door's broken spring. He was courteous, told me what had to be done, gave me the fee up front and fixed the problem in no time.

John, Was very pleasant and was very professional when inspecting my garage door to discover what was the issue. Always checked in with me before proceeding with any procedure to resolve the issue. At the close he presented to me options that were available to make this issue would not happen again. I appreciated this because he left it up to me to decide what to do...applied not sales pressure. When he informed me the garage door opener was not powerful enough for the wooden garage doors original to the house to left then I knew what I had to be done. When I replaced the garage door opener last year the company that installed it did not inform me of the power that was needed to raise the garage door. Thank You Precision I will recommend you company to one and all

Jim, The tech John Franks inspected my door as a result of the door on Nov. 7 malfunctioning whereas the door in the closed position going up and stopping half way with a loud snapping sound. It has been working correctly ever since and John could not duplicate the malfunction and no repair was needed. John was very polite and respectful....
