John Franks replaced the gasket on the bottom of my garage door, checked the operation of the door and opener, and lubricated the door. I was concerned about mice entering my garage around the ends of the old gasket. He performed the work in a very professional manner and gave me a lot of good information about maintaining the door. I really appreciated John giving a call to let me know he was on the way to my house.

Paul was awesome! I know about nothing when it comes to garage doors but Paul was so helpful explaining everything he was seeing and showing me what the issues were and making me feel like I was making an informed decision. I felt like I was getting honest information, and not at all like I was being scammed in any way like a lot of service companies do. I would highly recommend this company as well as great customer service from Paul!!

My call taker was quick and courteous. He got my info correct the first time I said it! Bill, the tech, was even earlier than was scheduled the day I called. (The problem occurred on Sunday ) He immediately got on the problem repairing the door's broken spring. He was courteous, told me what had to be done, gave me the fee up front and fixed the problem in no time.

Anthony did a great job. He was polite and professional. He spotted our problem quickly and explained what needed to be fixed giving us a couple options. He made sure that I understood the whole process. He showed me the broken and worn parts that were replaced. He made sure that the door worked correctly before leaving. Very pleased with the whole process.

John, Was very pleasant and was very professional when inspecting my garage door to discover what was the issue. Always checked in with me before proceeding with any procedure to resolve the issue. At the close he presented to me options that were available to make this issue would not happen again. I appreciated this because he left it up to me to decide what to do...applied not sales pressure. When he informed me the garage door opener was not powerful enough for the wooden garage doors original to the house to left then I knew what I had to be done. When I replaced the garage door opener last year the company that installed it did not inform me of the power that was needed to raise the garage door. Thank You Precision I will recommend you company to one and all

Jim, The tech John Franks inspected my door as a result of the door on Nov. 7 malfunctioning whereas the door in the closed position going up and stopping half way with a loud snapping sound. It has been working correctly ever since and John could not duplicate the malfunction and no repair was needed. John was very polite and respectful....

We were very pleased at the prompt same-day service provided by Precision. The technician, J. Franks, arrived when he said he would and did a through inspection of our garage door system, he explained what work was to be done and why the work was needed, and told us upfront what the total cost would be. Mr. Franks did the repair work and new cable installation in a very professional and efficient manner. He answered all our questions. I was very pleased with the service provided by Anthony and Precision Door. I placed a call at noon on 4/27 and by 2:30 pm, we had a new Garage Door Opener. In addition, Anthony replaced the rollers on our door and it has never run quieter or smoother.
