My call taker was quick and courteous. He got my info correct the first time I said it! Bill, the tech, was even earlier than was scheduled the day I called. (The problem occurred on Sunday ) He immediately got on the problem repairing the door's broken spring. He was courteous, told me what had to be done, gave me the fee up front and fixed the problem in no time.

Anthony did a great job. He was polite and professional. He spotted our problem quickly and explained what needed to be fixed giving us a couple options. He made sure that I understood the whole process. He showed me the broken and worn parts that were replaced. He made sure that the door worked correctly before leaving. Very pleased with the whole process.

John, Was very pleasant and was very professional when inspecting my garage door to discover what was the issue. Always checked in with me before proceeding with any procedure to resolve the issue. At the close he presented to me options that were available to make this issue would not happen again. I appreciated this because he left it up to me to decide what to do...applied not sales pressure. When he informed me the garage door opener was not powerful enough for the wooden garage doors original to the house to left then I knew what I had to be done. When I replaced the garage door opener last year the company that installed it did not inform me of the power that was needed to raise the garage door. Thank You Precision I will recommend you company to one and all

Jim, The tech John Franks inspected my door as a result of the door on Nov. 7 malfunctioning whereas the door in the closed position going up and stopping half way with a loud snapping sound. It has been working correctly ever since and John could not duplicate the malfunction and no repair was needed. John was very polite and respectful....

We were very pleased at the prompt same-day service provided by Precision. The technician, J. Franks, arrived when he said he would and did a through inspection of our garage door system, he explained what work was to be done and why the work was needed, and told us upfront what the total cost would be. Mr. Franks did the repair work and new cable installation in a very professional and efficient manner. He answered all our questions. I was very pleased with the service provided by Anthony and Precision Door. I placed a call at noon on 4/27 and by 2:30 pm, we had a new Garage Door Opener. In addition, Anthony replaced the rollers on our door and it has never run quieter or smoother. Will did a fantastic job diagnosing the problem with our garage door (broken spring) and notifying us of the other issues with our 25 year-old builder grade garage door. We decided to replace the entire garage door and are very happy with how Will and the company handled a manufacturer's error with the door color. Your technician Paul arrived and immediately diagnosed the issue which was and took care of it promptly. This is his second time at my home and he has always been conscientious and done a great job! I wouldn’t think of calling anyone but Precision in the future!
