It's always a pleasure to write a good review on a job very well done. Ryan came out to help decide what could be done with a very noisy 18 year old garage door opener. Since worn out gearing/bearigs were unlikely to improve with more grease or oil lubrication I picked out an replacement opener package. Ryan provided the details without "pressure" to help choose a new system. The installation was quick and clean. Ryan helped set up the in car remote and helped rehang an item that was next to the new opener. Professional and customer focused....with a solid product. Neighbors will be told who to go to for garage door problems

Bill Adamini provided excellent service in the installation of my garage door. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and gave prompt service. He cleaned up the area and explained the proper lubrication procedures. Bill was awesome! He was dispatched and arrived less than 2hrs after my phone call on a Saturday, 12/6/2014. He did quality work and pointed out the inferior parts installed by another overhead door company. I found the company on A.L. and am happy with the job. I would call again AND refer friends.

I have only one suggestion, the original trim on the outside frame of my garage door was little wider than your replacement trim which requires me to paint the frame. I am sure that is something you can easily accommodate, I know trims come in various widths. Thank you.

As for the stops, unfortunately some of the older doors have the wood stops, which are slightly wider than the more modern stops. We hope it is not to much of an inconvenience to you.

I give Bill a 5- star A+ rating. He was courteous, friendly, informative and efficient, explained the purpose of necessary parts, answered questions, and educated me. Bill repaired my broken garage door springs and my garage door opener. He even went out of his way to help me with my garage door opener remote that was not working properly and gave me an old one he had in his truck that he was not using. I was very happy with my service, so I would say that Bill performed an outstanding job; quite an asset to Precision Overhead Garage Door Service.

Our garage door broke in the morning, these guys were out here the same day, just hours later. Receptionist was very nice to speak with and she was able to schedule around my baby's nap. Paul was polite, respectful, took the time to explain everything very well, and cleaned up after he was done. The garage door works very well now, smooth and quiet.

Z, our technician was absolutely the BEST! He did a thorough examination of our garage door with all of its issues, including the fact it was 30 years old, and gave us an honest, conservative estimate of what we could do to make it safe, run smoothly, not sound like a freight train and provide security. Great job Precision and staff! Our garage spring broke. Your Yellow Pages ad got my attention with 24 hr. service, BBB, Angies List, fully insured, etc. Each time I called, a friendly, helpful person answered the phone right away. Matt, our service tech, was friendly, professional and caring. He did a complete safety inspection, answered all our questions, gave us not only his recommendations but confidence in making our decision. The repairs were made in a timely manner and the price was what we were quoted with no hidden charges.

Impressed by their website I called Precision to help me with my emergency situation, which was a half open garage door with my only car trapped in the garage. After calling for service, Bill Adamini arrived within 45 minutes, which was also impressive. He was highly professional and very nice, offering me competent help and assistance. He solved my immediate problem, which got my car out of the garage and the door closed. I now look forward to having him back in a few weeks to instal a new door and opener. Precision Door Service and Bill are just the best!!!

Google comes through again! My garage door failed me on the second coldest night of 2014. Precision answered their phone promptly with a live person no less! I was considered an emergency because my car was stuck inside. They arrived within the hour and Al was done and gone within 45 minutes. Considering the original unit was 15 years old, the replacement (cost and warranty) were well worth it. Excellent.

Explained the problem, 13 yr. old door opener, the winter has not been kind. Trolley, motor and rails getting very tired.
