This is our second time using Precision. Today's experience mirrors our prior experience. I called just before 8am and was given multiple options for same day service. My window was 1-3pm and Zoran called around 12:40 saying that he would arrive around 1pm. He arrived right on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and provided a clear explanation of what needed to be done and an estimate. He fixed the garage door and we were back in business after about 30 minutes. Highly recommend Zoran and Precision for all your garage door needs.

I don’t know about the price but the service was prompt (called at night - got appt next morning) and fast (about 1hr). Also comes if you want with lifetime warranty. The service technician was knowledgeable and was able to provide common sense suggestions.

I choose Precision because they are very professional, kind and courteous. My bulbs in my liftmaster needed changing and since I could not do it myself I called for service. Paul arrived on time and had the job done quickly. I give them 5 stars.

I cannot compliment Precision Door enough. I called and a technician came out in a few hours. Anthony is professional, knowledgeable about products and services. I did not feel pressured to make a decision about fixing our old door or installing a new one. He came out the next day with another gentleman and installed the new door. I cannot possibly portray my disgust at the customer service I have received from Precision Door of Cleveland. A technician came out to service our door last week and charged us a significant fee ($750) to do more work than we had planned on doing. The following day, our door would not close. This obviously presented an issue considering, with plenty of possessions inside, we could not leave our garage door open indefinitely. We called the company and were told by the operator that she didn't have the authority to 'double-book' someone to come fix it. We were assured she had left messages with the manager/owner and he would call us back that evening. This was Friday afternoon. Monday, still no one from Precision had called us back. We called again Monday evening and were told again a manager would call us. It's Tuesday afternoon and still nothing. I realize this company has plenty of good reviews - and I'm sure their technicians are talented people who do good work - but to have management and ownership that is so careless and neglecting when it comes to their customers' safety and well-being is simply abhorrent. DO NOT SUPPORT THESE CROOKS.

I had called this other company they came and gave me a quote to replace the Garage door . But I thank God someone gave me Precision Door they are the Best!! They are most definitely a Christian , People, Company !! everytime they come they be on time friendly, knowledgeable, yes !! Always so very helpful company like what can I do to help you !! I would just like to say that I was glad I chose Precision to fix my garage door. I called the night before and they were there the next morning to fix the problem. The technician was very nice and gave me the best options for solving the problem. Would recommend this company highly!
