I had the rubber seal replaced on my garage door in which a raccoon had chewed away the entire seal. The repair guy came and fixed it in no time. He explained why the rubber seal did not meet the ground on one side because the ground was not level, and that by the next day it should be ok. I was a little skeptical at first, but the next day it was fine???? thank you Precision.

Please do not allow Precision to be your only estimate! I was told within 30 seconds I needed a new garage door because mines was off the tracks... The second company to come out fixed my problem for $150.00. I would not recommend Precision..

John Franks called ahead and arrived on time. This was for my annual door tune-up. He worked fast and installed a weather strip that was peeling away. He also linked the button on my rear view mirror in the car to open/close garage door. Very professional and informative.

Very happy with the response and the service. I called Home advisor and requested quotes. Precision called me back within an hour and was able to setup an appointment when I needed it for Monday morning. The tech call before he arrive with an eta which was the time line I setup when I called to setup the appointment. The James F. was great he explained everything and made recommendations. He told and showed me the difference between the springs he was going to replace and the new ones. I got both replaced and he went over the warranty. He also check ed and lubricated the rest of the garage door parts. I have another property and plan the call Precision when I need them. And by the way none of the other companies got back to me yet.

He took the time to thoroughly explain the problems, answered all of my questions, and explained all of my options.
