The door that was purchased 4 years ago through Precision was closing crooked. Scheduled a service call. John arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and informed me that all parts were part of the warranty. Parts were replaced at no charge and the door functions properly. Only charge was for reasonable service call.

Anthony was excellent. The company really helped me out by sending him the same day I called. He gave me a good assessment of the problems with my garage door, and oferred me several options. He worked quickly (he came early...great) and was super to deal with. Also, he is half the size of his picture! I am very pleased with the service, company and Anthony.

Complete rebuild (Springs, rollers, etc.) of the two bay garage door was done the same day I called for service! Very professional! The area was cleaned of all debris and the door works perfectly. I highly recommend this service provider.

This is our second time using Precision. Today's experience mirrors our prior experience. I called just before 8am and was given multiple options for same day service. My window was 1-3pm and Zoran called around 12:40 saying that he would arrive around 1pm. He arrived right on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and provided a clear explanation of what needed to be done and an estimate. He fixed the garage door and we were back in business after about 30 minutes. Highly recommend Zoran and Precision for all your garage door needs.

I don’t know about the price but the service was prompt (called at night - got appt next morning) and fast (about 1hr). Also comes if you want with lifetime warranty. The service technician was knowledgeable and was able to provide common sense suggestions.

I cannot compliment Precision Door enough. I called and a technician came out in a few hours. Anthony is professional, knowledgeable about products and services.
