It's Sunday and our garage door won't open, we call your company to see when you could come out & to our surprise within the hour your service man, John Franks was at our back door. We explained what was wrong, and he gave us options to fix the problem. He explained each option, in detail, and let us make the best decision for us. John was very prompt, friendly, easy to talk to, and knows what he's doing. If all your service people are as easy to get along with, then your business will always get rave reviews. We are extremely happy & satisfied with the service we received and will recommend your company to our family & friends. John Franks represents your company fantastically! I was pleased with the whole process from beginning to end. The reason I selected your company, although your price was similar to others, was the thoroughness of the estimate done by Will. Everyone at the office was very nice when I spoke to them about scheduling. When Ryan showed up to install the new door and opener, he was very pleasant and professional. I was amazed that he did the whole thing by himself. He gave me a demonstration of all the features of the opener and door. He also let me know that although he ran out of supplies for the insulation stripping (due to the odd shape of the top corners of my garage), they would return to complete the job. He also addressed a concern I had with a piece of threshold insulation that was the wrong size than what was supposed to be installed. I can't believe the difference with the new door and opener! It's amazingly quiet! Although, what he replaced was an original opener from 1970, with an old wooden door. I am hoping that the service I receive when they come back to address those two issues, will be as great as what I have received so far. Thank you!

My 1992 lift master garage opener died (25yrs old). Got this new opener that allows all kinds of options. Dave the technician was very nice and helpful and explained my options. Confusion over weather strip that I needed replaced. Need to come back for that. Used Precision 3 times always a good experience would highly recommend.

I made an appointment for a Friday between 12:00 and 2:00. I received a call 30 minutes prior to arrival from the Service Technician, Dave. One Dave arrived and I presented him with my Angie's List Deal and explained what I had been experiencing with the door, Dave got right to work. After completing the tune-up and roller replacement, Dave explained what he had found and what my options were to fix the issues. I could have chosen from two options since I did not need a new door opener. I chose the "best" option which included replacing two springs, cables, pulleys, & boxes- basically everything but the door track. The "best" option comes with a lifetime warranty, whereas the "good" option only came with a 3-year warranty. Dave again got right to work and completed the job quickly. He was very pleasant and professional. I felt no pressure in making my decision on which service to have him complete. This was a great experience using Precision Overhead Garage Door! Thanks Dave!!

I had called this other company they came and gave me a quote to replace the Garage door . But I thank God someone gave me Precision Door they are the Best!! They are most definitely a Christian , People, Company !! everytime they come they be on time friendly, knowledgeable, yes !! Always so very helpful company like what can I do to help you !! Love it Bill just left my house here on time!! Like always I recommend them to everyone my neighbor got a new door I want to tell him you he picked the wrong company they been back to his house 3 times with problems.
