I cannot compliment Precision Door enough. I called and a technician came out in a few hours. Anthony is professional, knowledgeable about products and services. I did not feel pressured to make a decision about fixing our old door or installing a new one. He came out the next day with another gentleman and installed the new door. They were both efficient, neat and so very kind. I never felt like any question I asked was foolish. Thank you so much Precision Door and kudos on employing such well trained personnel. I cannot possibly portray my disgust at the customer service I have received from Precision Door of Cleveland. A technician came out to service our door last week and charged us a significant fee ($750) to do more work than we had planned on doing. The following day, our door would not close. This obviously presented an issue considering, with plenty of possessions inside, we could not leave our garage door open indefinitely. We called the company and were told by the operator that she didn't have the authority to 'double-book' someone to come fix it. We were assured she had left messages with the manager/owner and he would call us back that evening. This was Friday afternoon. Monday, still no one from Precision had called us back. We called again Monday evening and were told again a manager would call us. It's Tuesday afternoon and still nothing. I realize this company has plenty of good reviews - and I'm sure their technicians are talented people who do good work - but to have management and ownership that is so careless and neglecting when it comes to their customers' safety and well-being is simply abhorrent. DO NOT SUPPORT THESE CROOKS.

I had called this other company they came and gave me a quote to replace the Garage door . But I thank God someone gave me Precision Door they are the Best!! It's Sunday and our garage door won't open, we call your company to see when you could come out & to our surprise within the hour your service man, John Franks was at our back door. We explained what was wrong, and he gave us options to fix the problem. He explained each option, in detail, and let us make the best decision for us. John was very prompt, friendly, easy to talk to, and knows what he's doing. If all your service people are as easy to get along with, then your business will always get rave reviews. I was pleased with the whole process from beginning to end. The reason I selected your company, although your price was similar to others, was the thoroughness of the estimate done by Will. Everyone at the office was very nice when I spoke to them about scheduling. When Ryan showed up to install the new door and opener, he was very pleasant and professional. I was amazed that he did the whole thing by himself. He gave me a demonstration of all the features of the opener and door. He also let me know that although he ran out of supplies for the insulation stripping (due to the odd shape of the top corners of my garage), they would return to complete the job. He also addressed a concern I had with a piece of threshold insulation that was the wrong size than what was supposed to be installed. I can't believe the difference with the new door and opener! It's amazingly quiet! Although, what he replaced was an original opener from 1970, with an old wooden door. I am hoping that the service I receive when they come back to address those two issues, will be as great as what I have received so far. Thank you!
