very thorough. explained what he would be doing. installed a new garage door opener and door keypad attached to wall. even connected the new opener to my car for me. would recommend this company. I have used them in the past for a repair also.

Very happy with the response and the service. I called Home advisor and requested quotes. Precision called me back within an hour and was able to setup an appointment when I needed it for Monday morning. The tech call before he arrive with an eta which was the time line I setup when I called to setup the appointment. The James F. was great he explained everything and made recommendations. He told and showed me the difference between the springs he was going to replace and the new ones. I got both replaced and he went over the warranty. He also check ed and lubricated the rest of the garage door parts. I have another property and plan the call Precision when I need them. And by the way none of the other companies got back to me yet.

Zoran did a great job installing a new circuit board after reviewing all options. He reprogrammed all openers and completed job in a half hour. I have been impressed with the knowledge of the Precision techs. I highly recommend them

John Gilles came out to repair a broken spring but upon his inspection, noticed other necessary repairs I was not aware of. The Technician came to our Home. He determined the Problem right away. He have suggested replacement of the Garage Door Opener Unit. After installation was completed, Technician noticed that Garage Door itself was not functioning properly. He had all parts and tools to make repair. The whole job took les than two hours. Door spring broke and the door shifted on a Saturday at 4:00PM, so I could not get cars out of garage. Called Precision because they were listed on the internet as open. I was able to schedule service for either Sunday afternoon or Monday morning. The serviceman was extremely knowledgeable and made repairs efficiently and effectively. I am extremely satisfied with their response and repair.

The door that was purchased 4 years ago through Precision was closing crooked. Scheduled a service call. John arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and informed me that all parts were part of the warranty. Parts were replaced at no charge and the door functions properly. Only charge was for reasonable service call.
