I have used Precision in the past and was very much satisfied. Paul the technician was polite and helpful. My only disappointment was I only needed two light bulbs, and a battery. Expensive light bulbs and battery because of service charge my fault. I would call upon them again if needed.

Rick listened to me describe what happened to my garage door opener and knew immediately what was wrong with it and ultimately it needed to be replaced after 24 years of service. Rick gave me my options and I chose the $699 option and so glad I did due to safety switches, battery back up, two remotes, outside the garage door mounted opener, etc. Rick went right to work removing the old, installing the new and a couple hours later was good to go. Rick was friendly, professional and definitely knows his garage doors. I’ll have them for them back for the garage door upgrade soon. Thank you!!!

Bill was friendly, and advised what happened to cause the issue with my garage door. He also explained what he was going to do to resolve and repair the issue. When asked how to maintain my garage door, Bill provided information on what to use to keep the working parts in good working order, and how often. Bill provided great service!

When my spring broke I contacted a competitor whom I had previously used. After 8 hours of waiting I contacted them again and they were unable to service my door until the following week. I then called Precision Door Service and after explaining my problem I was given a service appointment for the next morning. Following a heads up phone call, Anthony showed up right on time. Besides being extremely personable, Anthony was informative and not at all pressuring when offering me service options. I made my choice and he performed the service. Afterward he advised me on door maintenance that I was unaware of but was capable of doing myself. Overall it was an extremely satisfying service experience and I will recommend Precision any chance I get.

Thank you for getting rid of the horrible noise my garage door was making. Zoran, the technician checked everything over and explained to me what was causing the noise and what he was going to repair/replace to fix it. Cannot believe the difference and how quiet the door is. Money well spent. He also showed me where to apply silicon every 6 months to maintain the hinges on the door.

I had the rubber seal replaced on my garage door in which a raccoon had chewed away the entire seal. The repair guy came and fixed it in no time. He explained why the rubber seal did not meet the ground on one side because the ground was not level, and that by the next day it should be ok. I was a little skeptical at first, but the next day it was fine???? thank you Precision.

Please do not allow Precision to be your only estimate! I was told within 30 seconds I needed a new garage door because mines was off the tracks... The second company to come out fixed my problem for $150.00. I would not recommend Precision..

On Tuesday, I called the office asking for a service call appointment to repair loud noises when our garage door opens and closes. I was pleasantly surprised that I could get an appointment the next day or the following day between 8-10 AM. I chose the Thursday. The serviceman, Bill, called at 8:00 AM to let us know he was on the way. At first he had a hard time diagnosing the problem, but he continued to investigate all options and finally identified the problem. He fixed the problem and before leaving he explained the several steps he took to fix the problem. We also appreciated the fact that Bill offered a few suggestions that we could do to keep the noise from returning. Bill was pleasant and thorough and we really appreciated his dedication to figuring out the problem and fixing it. We are very satisfied and pleased with Bill and the work he performed for us. This service call definitely met our expectations. Thank you!
