Zoran, a very nice guy, did a wonderful job fixing our garage door. He quickly diagnosed the problem - a worn-out overhead motor - and installed a new one. He also made us aware that the door was old, heavy and would best be replaced. We appreciated his expertise, quick fix, and recommendations for selecting a new door. I highly recommend this man! We will ask for him for any future repairs!

My technician, Will, was a pleasure to do business with. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and thorough. Will diagnosed and fixed the problem that caused me to need a service call. While he was here, he brought to my attention deterioration in my garage door that would have to be addressed. As a result, I purchased two new garage doors. Will might possibly have saved me a real headache down the road. Precision Door is the only company of it's type that I have ever used and will continue to do so in large part due to the technicians from Precision who I have encountered. My garage door spring and cabling unexpectedly snapped and broke. I Googled "garage door repair" and saw that Precision was a local company. I gave them a call and spoke to a representative right away. She was extremely professional. She was able to dispatch my call immediately for same day service. She provided me the name of the assigned technician and a 2 hour time frame when I could expect him. Paul arrived early to our appointment which was awesome! He was extremely friendly and professional. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and offered us two options for service. He worked quickly and efficiently to repair our garage door and we were repaired within an hour. Highly recommend for quality, prompt and professional service! Thank you!

A roller on my garage door popped out of the track. Frank came out to fix it. He was prompt, thorough and friendly. Explained why and what he did to fix the roller/track then made sure the door functioned the way it was suppose to. My garage door cable snapped on a Friday, and I called Precision Garage Door for service. I was pleased that they were able to come out the following day. John Franks was my service technician. He was very amiable and knowledgeable, and he explained what services I needed. I really just wanted to get the cables fixed at this visit and he did not give me a high pressure sell which is very big for me. I also needed new rollers too. The price was within my budget, and he was able to have the door fixed in under an hour. That was great. Thanks!

Paul was a total pro... Showed up on time, took the time to explain what was going on, and fixed our garage quickly! He gave me some maintenance tips, too. Garage works better now than when we moved in! Also wanted to say how pleased I am with the whole experience I had with Precision. Our garage was in such bad shape that it couldn't even be opened manually. I called on Sunday afternoon. They were able to schedule service for Monday morning, and Paul fixed it before lunch.

I had PD recondition our old garage doors several years ago and was very pleased with the service, so when one of the doors suddenly failed to open I called PD again. The schedulers were very pleasant, professional, and accommodating of my needs. I was pleased to learn that the same technician who had serviced the doors, Bill Adamini, would be coming out again to fix the stuck door. Bill is very professional, friendly, and does good work. He quickly unstuck the problem door, tested both doors to ensure that they were working properly, made some needed adjustments, and also found and corrected a condition that would have caused a problem later. The service is expensive but also top-rate. Their warranty is also excellent. I have confidence in the quality of PD’s work, so I will call them again if our garage doors need further service.
