I had PD recondition our old garage doors several years ago and was very pleased with the service, so when one of the doors suddenly failed to open I called PD again. The schedulers were very pleasant, professional, and accommodating of my needs. I was pleased to learn that the same technician who had serviced the doors, Bill Adamini, would be coming out again to fix the stuck door. Bill is very professional, friendly, and does good work. He quickly unstuck the problem door, tested both doors to ensure that they were working properly, made some needed adjustments, and also found and corrected a condition that would have caused a problem later. The service is expensive but also top-rate. Their warranty is also excellent. I have confidence in the quality of PD’s work, so I will call them again if our garage doors need further service.

Ryan came to replace my existing garage door, and couldn't have been more polite and efficient. He explained everything to me, gave a very accurate estimate of how long it would take, and left the area just as it was when he arrived. He took everything with him when he left and was such a nice young man. This is the 2nd time I’ve used Precision, this time for a rental I own. First, I would like to apologize,thinking that it was your Company, that installed my old garage door opener, four years ago. My old garage door opener was much older. The Tech.,Repairer, who came to help, with the problem, I was having with my door opener,was very prompt, courteous' and dressed appropriate, for work.Once he saw what was happening with my door. His explanation was very clear, what I needed to do. SO,I purchased a New garage door opener. The Tech. were on point with the Installation and explaining to me as he processed thru the installation. I must say, I love my NEW GARAGE DOOR OPENER. It is so much, QUIETER. Thank You.

Honestly, I chose Precision because their sticker was on the garage door! They had provided services for the previous owner of my home. I was so pleased that, due to another customer's cancellation, they were able to provide service a day earlier than scheduled!! William was very professional. He explained what he would be doing, showed me the old parts and reviewed the invoice with me. Per my request, he also showed me how to open the door in the event of a power failure. Anthony was friendly and efficient. He called to ask if it was OK to arrive a bit early (Yes!) Upon arrival, he diagnosed the problem and carefully explained the remedial options. Since my garage door opener was 18 years old, I decided on a new one rather than a repair. Anthony had a new unit in the truck and installed it. He then explained how it worked. Overall a pleasant experience and the opener is working well.

John, Was very pleasant and was very professional when inspecting my garage door to discover what was the issue. Always checked in with me before proceeding with any procedure to resolve the issue. At the close he presented to me options that were available to make this issue would not happen again. I appreciated this because he left it up to me to decide what to do...applied not sales pressure. When he informed me the garage door opener was not powerful enough for the wooden garage doors original to the house to left then I knew what I had to be done. When I replaced the garage door opener last year the company that installed it did not inform me of the power that was needed to raise the garage door.
