Called another Garage door company on Saturday to repair a broken Spring. The employee told me there would be a $350 extra charge to come out on the weekend and/or after hours. He said I could call on Monday morning at 8 AM to schedule service, but there was no guarantee they could come out on the same day because Monday's "are really busy". Sunday morning I searched the internet for another company and found Precision. Weekend and Evening appointments at no extra charge!! I called and the excellent receptionist scheduled me for service to arrive in less than 3 hours. My technician, Bill Adamini, was polite, professional, and did the job correctly, at a reasonable price! With so many bad experiences with sub-par businesses, it was refreshing to see a company like Precision. Many thanks and keep up the good work!! All companies should operate like yours!!

I don’t always believe all the 5 star reviews on the internet but in this case I can assure you that it is true. I went from a broken 43 year old garage door opener to a brand new one in less than a hour and a half. Anthony was polite and explained my choices. He got to work quickly and took time to explain all of the features on my new opener. The new opener has amazing features (motion sensor light, battery backup, outside keypad and more) and I couldn’t be more pleased.

We are very happy with the service we received from Precision. My garage door would not open I called Precision on Friday night they set me up an appointment for early Saturday morning. Our technician name was Greg he called to let us know he was on his way, he was on time, he explained everything. I ended up having to get a garage door opener. Greg installed the opener in no time at all. I would recommend Precision to anybody who has any problems with their garage door.

My Service Tech, Bill Adamini was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, and personable. He quickly fixed the problem (sticking door), and then discovered that the door motor was faulty (showing its age since being installed in the mid 1970's -- not long after the Brady Bunch was being aired in Prime Time), prompting its replacement. I would also like to give a shout out to Tasha, who answered my original call. She was gracious, helpful, and displayed a good sense of humor. Our garage door spring snapped around 6:00 on Saturday. We looked up Precision since they had fixed our door in the past and called around 7:00.
