My Service Tech, Bill Adamini was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, and personable. He quickly fixed the problem (sticking door), and then discovered that the door motor was faulty (showing its age since being installed in the mid 1970's -- not long after the Brady Bunch was being aired in Prime Time), prompting its replacement. I would also like to give a shout out to Tasha, who answered my original call. She was gracious, helpful, and displayed a good sense of humor. Our garage door spring snapped around 6:00 on Saturday. We looked up Precision since they had fixed our door in the past and called around 7:00. To our surprise and delight we were able to make an appointment for the next morning. What exceptional customer service with doing repairs on a Sunday. Professional repair! Promptly arrived within the scheduled window. Service person was professional in all work preformed and suggested maintenance that would help in the future.
