Our garage door needed immediate repair, as it was stuck halfway, not opening or closing. Upon calling Precision Garage Door Service, they were able to schedule an appointment within 24 hours! The technician, Paul Broschk, arrive right on the time, and thoroughly explained exactly what was needed to be done, and some alternatives. He installed a new garage door opener, keypad, and new rollers, and lubricated the bearings, etc. Paul made sure my keypad and the integrated opener in my car worked properly, and did all of this in a timely manner. He was very personable, courteous, and knowledgeable, and told me to call if there was any problem with the opener. Many thanks to Precision Garage Door and Paul Broschk for your excellent service.

When I called Precision at 2:30pm, I got my appointment at 3Pm on the same day. Anthony Wise came over and replaced my garage door opener. The service is professional and he also helped me setting up the keypad entry, the garage opener on my car and IQ app. Very polite and easy to work with.

To be honest, we just Googled "Garage Door Repairs" and started calling around. When I brought up your site, I read nothing but GREAT reviews! My husband called you guys @ approximately 11 a.m. and set up an appt with Anthony between NOON and 2 p.m. - I posted a pic of our clock and a pic of the Precision van in our driveway and posted it on FaceBook. We were VERY impressed with that! First, that he could even come here TODAY and also that he called 5 min before noon and said he'd be here in 5 minutes and he was! at NOON! He was VERY personable and knowledgeable and very quick at getting the job done. He finished at 1:25 p.m. He had called Paul (another technician there) to bring some parts that he needed and he arrived within a very short time! What a nice guy he was, as well. We actually had a little "concert" going on out in the garage and we are BOTH great music lovers, so we were having a great time with them while the work was being done! Our day started out "not so good" and after all the laughter we shared with them and seeing the type of work they do and how efficient they were, they made our day! They're very talented at what they do! When Anthony was all done and ready to walk out the door, he looked down on the garage floor and said, "Oh wait a minute, there's a piece of tape on the floor" and he bent down and picked it up and threw it away! They left the garage just as it was before they arrived here. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company for SURE! On top of that, as they were pulling out of the driveway, my phone rang and it was their supervisor Brad that lives in our subdivision and he was SO exceptionally nice and treated us well! We had NO idea he lived here when we set this appointment up, so it was meant to be! A big, huge THANK YOU to your entire company and to Anthony, Paul and Brad, as well. You have asked why we chose your company and the reason was because you could come here in a couple hours after we called you, but we are SO glad that it turned out that it was YOUR company! We'll definitely give your name to anyone needing your services! We no longer have the type of springs or rollers that were on our door (the Master Torque system) and had Anthony upgrade everything we needed to have the better springs and better rollers, etc. We loved that there is a LIFETIME WARRANTY, too. Yes, we also liked everything else you had on your website, (i.e.) the drug tested employees and the employee background checks, but the SAME DAY SERVICE (especially within hours) is what sold us on your company! :)

The emergency situation of a broken torsion spring and the late Friday availability prompted my scheduling an appointment with Precision. The fact that I was able to speak with your office administrator, Jennifer, and not just a phone service was helpful in discussing my non-accessible garage situation. Jennifer was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. John Franks, the service technician, provided a courtesy call informing that he was able to come a little earlier which was fine with me. John arrived promptly at the scheduled time. John was found to be extremely knowledgeable regarding our current, 70+ year old garage door and torsion spring situation, plus was found to be very courteous and respectful in discussing our situation with respect to repairing the door versus a new door. We weighed both options and concluded to go with a new door. John did not pressure us to purchase a new door but was rather helpful in showing us the benefits and aesthetics of a new C.H.I door. We went ahead and inked a deal for a new door. We look forward to the installation and the curb appeal transformation the door will provide to our home. Kudos to the Precision team!
