I had repairs completed in June of 2017. At that time I paid for a full warranty on my garage door. So, when I needed additional repairs in April 2019 I called Precision Door. Bill the service technician was very informative and explained what I needed to have my garage door closed tightly. I appreciate his advanced call to inform me of when he would arrive at my house. I also appreciated the Angie's List discount on the service call fee. Thanks again for your excellent customer service.

5 stars We googled garage door repair, looking for someone who seemed reliable and could come out that evening. I was making the call for our daughter & son-in-law as they were both at work. Having problem with the door not staying down. Would like this repaired so would not have concerns while at work. Liked the information I read so called to ask more about the company and would you be able to service them this evening? Sorry, but I forget the name of the woman I talked with. She was very helpful answering all my questions. Has a pleasing voice. Was able to assign a technician to arrive between 4 and 6:00. Zoran arrived by 4:30. Very pleasant. He thoroughly explained all options for the repair. We felt no pressure in choosing the entire mechanism to be replaced rather than just the repair of a couple parts. You feel somewhat leery contacting a company for service when the only thing you know about them is the on-line information. Glad we took a chance on Precision.

Anthony did a great job. He was polite and professional. He spotted our problem quickly and explained what needed to be fixed giving us a couple options. He made sure that I understood the whole process. He showed me the broken and worn parts that were replaced. He made sure that the door worked correctly before leaving. THANK YOU! Bill, my tech was pleasant and knew what he was doing. Explained everything he was doing as well. He was called here to fix another problem from another company, and he did it when the other company said there was no problem. Door was not hanging correctly from getting both springs replaced by another company. When called back to fix issue, other company said there was no problem! Great service. Originally called for repair of broken torsion spring. The technician,Paul, arrived promptly the next morning and quickly assessed the situation. He explained the benefits of a complete overhaul including lifetime warranty of parts. He’s obviously very knowledgeable, but there was never any pressure. I was very pleased overhaul was completed in about one hour including cleanup. I would highly recommend this company.

Our garage door needed immediate repair, as it was stuck halfway, not opening or closing. Upon calling Precision Garage Door Service, they were able to schedule an appointment within 24 hours! The technician, Paul Broschk, arrive right on the time, and thoroughly explained exactly what was needed to be done, and some alternatives. He installed a new garage door opener, keypad, and new rollers, and lubricated the bearings, etc. Paul made sure my keypad and the integrated opener in my car worked properly, and did all of this in a timely manner. When I called Precision at 2:30pm, I got my appointment at 3Pm on the same day. Anthony Wise came over and replaced my garage door opener. The service is professional and he also helped me setting up the keypad entry, the garage opener on my car and IQ app. Very polite and easy to work with.

To be honest, we just Googled "Garage Door Repairs" and started calling around. When I brought up your site, I read nothing but GREAT reviews! My husband called you guys @ approximately 11 a.m. and set up an appt with Anthony between NOON and 2 p.m. - I posted a pic of our clock and a pic of the Precision van in our driveway and posted it on FaceBook. We were VERY impressed with that! First, that he could even come here TODAY and also that he called 5 min before noon and said he'd be here in 5 minutes and he was! at NOON! He was VERY personable and knowledgeable and very quick at getting the job done. He finished at 1:25 p.m. He had called Paul (another technician there) to bring some parts that he needed and he arrived within a very short time! What a nice guy he was, as well. We actually had a little "concert" going on out in the garage and we are BOTH great music lovers, so we were having a great time with them while the work was being done! Our day started out "not so good" and after all the laughter we shared with them and seeing the type of work they do and how efficient they were, they made our day! They're very talented at what they do! When Anthony was all done and ready to walk out the door, he looked down on the garage floor and said, "Oh wait a minute, there's a piece of tape on the floor" and he bent down and picked it up and threw it away! They left the garage just as it was before they arrived here. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company for SURE! On top of that, as they were pulling out of the driveway, my phone rang and it was their supervisor Brad that lives in our subdivision and he was SO exceptionally nice and treated us well! We had NO idea he lived here when we set this appointment up, so it was meant to be! A big, huge THANK YOU to your entire company and to Anthony, Paul and Brad, as well. You have asked why we chose your company and the reason was because you could come here in a couple hours after we called you, but we are SO glad that it turned out that it was YOUR company! We'll definitely give your name to anyone needing your services! We no longer have the type of springs or rollers that were on our door (the Master Torque system) and had Anthony upgrade everything we needed to have the better springs and better rollers, etc. We loved that there is a LIFETIME WARRANTY, too. Yes, we also liked everything else you had on your website, (i.e.) the drug tested employees and the employee background checks, but the SAME DAY SERVICE (especially within hours) is what sold us on your company! :)
