I had work done to repair broken cables on each side of the door, and a broken spring. I also replaced the rollers and added a spring to the left side of my door, there was only one spring and it should have had two. I called at 7:45 on a Monday evening and Precision was able to have a technician/repairman at my house by 8:45 a.m the next morning (Would have been 8:00 without the bad weather). Zoran, the technician, completed a thorough inspection and explained why the parts had fail. He was able to complete the work in just over an hour and was able to arrive on time for work. I would definitely recommend Precision to others in need of garage door repair.

You guys came through for me again. I don't remember the tech's name but we was helpful, professional and called to see if he could come earlier than originally planned. The door itself is shot and needs to be replaced so he took measurements and I said that come spring I'll be looking to you guys to install a new door.

I am absolutely thrilled with my technician Bill and his work today on our garage door! He replaced the motor on near side garage, which included the safety sensors, did a 25 -point inspection and showed me where the cable was worn, lubed all needed parts with silicone spray and we got two remotes plus an extra! To save another service call of course I asked him to replace the cable on that door that did not pass inspection. Bill also went the extra mile for me. I was at exercise class when he called. I just missed him by 5 minutes, thinking that a repairman wouldn't be on time. Bill came at 8:05! Got right to he work. Garage door was open of course. But since hubby was still in bed I asked if he wouldn't mind walking to side window and pounding on it since hubby did not have his 'ears" on he wouldn't hear Bill! But no luck. When I came back, tho, he was finishing up with no problem! I definitely recommend Bill and Precision Door for your garage doors!

Wow! The technician, Anthony, showed up 5 minutes early and finished the job in less time than quoted. He diagnosed the problem quickly and installed new equipment without using high-pressure sales tactics before completing the repair. After two weeks, the new equipment is working as expected and the new opener is much more quiet than the previous unit. Needed to replace weather stripping and bottom seal on two garage doors. Work was done in a timely manner and the technician did a great job! Jim Boland was fantastic he replaced one section of the new garage door and he even made the precision garage door opener run quieter. He was neat and tidied up. John Franks - WOW!! - The cable on one of my garage doors broke and I needed to have it repaired. I called a couple of companies and neither of them did residential work on Saturdays. I kept looking and found Precision! Not only did they do residential work on Saturdays, they were able to send someone out the very next day!! I was thoroughly satisfied with that and when John arrived, he just added to my overall experience. John was great! He knew exactly what he was doing and explained things to me about the repair. I felt that John was extremely knowledgeable in his work and I was impressed! So Thank You John and Precision! I'm so happy my door is fixed! It was two days before Thanksgiving and we were planning for 30 guests. The garage door opener had not been working properly for two weeks. I checked out Precision Door Service on line and found the technicians were getting high ratings from their customers. The office girl responded promptly to my call and arranged for service the next day. Paul Broschik did our repair. The door now works and performs better than it has for a long time. In addition to replacing the defective spring, he cleaned the inside of the door and greased all of the hinges. Paul & Greg, what a dynamic duo! Paul phoned about an hour prior to arrival. He confirmed my address and needs for a new opener. Exactly one hour later, Paul & Greg arrived. Just like Paul said he would. I was told installation would take an hour. Well, they underestimated they’re ability. Team work! It was about 30/40 minutes. New, Liftmaster 3/4 horse opener, & Key pad. Paul even programmed one button on my new remotes to sync with my wife’s, older Liftmaster opener. THAT is so very much appreciated! Not only exceptionally efficient, but personable too. My previous Liftmaster lasted for 24 years no problems. I know the new one will, too.
