Jim Boland was fantastic he replaced one section of the new garage door and he even made the precision garage door opener run quieter. He was neat and tidied up. Great job very informative and I have to admit all the the technicians that I have had were exceptional and very knowledgeable. Great from the install of opener, then the repair, and finally the brand new garage door. Even the gal who answered the phone was very nice and knowledgeable. John Franks - WOW!! - The cable on one of my garage doors broke and I needed to have it repaired. I called a couple of companies and neither of them did residential work on Saturdays. I kept looking and found Precision! Not only did they do residential work on Saturdays, they were able to send someone out the very next day!! I was thoroughly satisfied with that and when John arrived, he just added to my overall experience. John was great! He knew exactly what he was doing and explained things to me about the repair. I felt that John was extremely knowledgeable in his work and I was impressed! So Thank You John and Precision! I'm so happy my door is fixed! I need to have some more work done to my door so I will definitely call you again and request John.

It was two days before Thanksgiving and we were planning for 30 guests. The garage door opener had not been working properly for two weeks. I checked out Precision Door Service on line and found the technicians were getting high ratings from their customers. The office girl responded promptly to my call and arranged for service the next day. Paul Broschik did our repair. The door now works and performs better than it has for a long time. In addition to replacing the defective spring, he cleaned the inside of the door and greased all of the hinges. Thanks Paul... you not only saved the day for our family's Thanksgiving but your service went beyond our expectations. Job well done!

Paul & Greg, what a dynamic duo! Paul phoned about an hour prior to arrival. He confirmed my address and needs for a new opener. Exactly one hour later, Paul & Greg arrived. Just like Paul said he would. I was told installation would take an hour. Well, they underestimated they’re ability. Team work! It was about 30/40 minutes. New, Liftmaster 3/4 horse opener, & Key pad. Paul even programmed one button on my new remotes to sync with my wife’s, older Liftmaster opener. THAT is so very much appreciated! Not only exceptionally efficient, but personable too. My previous Liftmaster lasted for 24 years no problems. I know the new one will, too. Thanks to my friend Leslie M., for recommending PRECISION OVERHEAD DOOR SERVICE! I too, shall recommend them & Paul & Greg!

This is a fabulous organization with exceptional service. Anthony, the technician who came to my rescue, is awesome. Kind, quick, funny and totally professional. He did the original installation earlier this year, and when I had a minor problem recently, he was there in under an hour and resolved it immediately. The telephone receptionist who scheduled the repair visit was warm, professional and super-efficient. You should use these guys.

Bill Adamini called and arrived for the appt early which was good. Showed me the broken spring and worn cable wires. Told me exactly what needed to be done and how much it would cost. Finished in 1/2 hour. Lubed everything, fixed a wire and I think he even changed a light bulb. Great work! Thanks

The primary reason for call was my remote garage opener wouldn’t work due to battery issues, unfortunately the technician didn’t have batteries on his truck to get it working.
