Very satisfied. Late in the day on Memorial Day my garage door would not open, either with the opener or manually. When I called Precision the following morning I was able to schedule a technician for the same day. I received an email confirmation of the appointment which included the name and photo of the technician, Will Coad, as well as his reviews. I found this extremely valuable not only from a safety standpoint but also as a consumer to be able to read what others said about their experience with this technician. Will called ahead of the scheduled appointment to see if I was agreeable to an earlier time as he was in the area. This worked out well for me since I could not get my car out of the garage and I needed to be somewhere in the evening. I felt Will gave me an honest appraisal of the situation (broken spring) and did not try to push me into purchasing a new door or opener. I am a senior citizen on a limited budget and a new door or opener is just not in the cards right now. I would call Precision again should the need arise.

The service and the quality of the work is a 5/5. The spring broke in half and we actually bought the entire commercial mechanism. John Franks is outstanding, explaining everything he does, has company uniform on and a badge, fully insured, this was our 2nd experience with Precision. From the first call with Amber who sounded very professional, and your 24/7 service which is so critical when in need, to the technician calling me when on his way, and was on time, I would definitely recommend your company. Upon arriving home from vacation, we realized our garage door wouldn't open. Both springs were broken. Our neighbor had Precision fix his garage door, so he gave us the number. Next day service was prompt and professional. Work done was completed in a timely manner. John Franks was our service guy and he explained everything thoroughly. Couldn't be happier with the results. Would recommend this company in a heartbeat.

Next day appointment offered, easy to book a convenient time for service. John called in advance, was on time, quickly assessed and identified the issue with the electronic eye. Also recommended lubrication to keep everything in good working order. Great service!

Bill did a great looking at our door problem and explained our old wooden door is starting to fall apart from the rain/snow. The door is holding water and swollen. He suggested we remove the rot from the frame of garage door. He also suggested we replace our 2 1/2 car garage door with a new light weight steel door. Our wooden door weights 2 - 3 x more than steel door. Wood door is making garage motor work harder.
