I cannot compliment Precision Door enough. I called and a technician came out in a few hours. Anthony is professional, knowledgeable about products and services. I did not feel pressured to make a decision about fixing our old door or installing a new one. He came out the next day with another gentleman and installed the new door. They were both efficient, neat and so very kind. I never felt like any question I asked was foolish. Thank you so much Precision Door and kudos on employing such well trained personnel. My technician was Anthony Wise. He was prompt, knowledgeable and helpful. The springs on our garage door were not correct, so he replaced them and made sure they were strong enough for our door, which is very heavy. When he replaced the old springs, he went up a size and after realizing even those were still insufficient, he replaced them again at no additional charge to make sure everything was done correctly. He also was conscientious of my time and specifically asked how much time I had before needing to get to work.

I was very pleased with the service provided by Anthony and Precision Door. I placed a call at noon on 4/27 and by 2:30 pm, we had a new Garage Door Opener. In addition, Anthony replaced the rollers on our door and it has never run quieter or smoother. Anthony is an excellent ambassador for Precision Door and I would recommend both Precision Door and Anthony to anyone needing Garage Door Service!

Paul came out to repair my garage door opener. Hos technical knowledge was impressive on its own. But his customer service was fantastic. He conducted an inspection of my opener and determined what was wrong, but went further by offering me options on how to correct the issues. Everything from a simple repair of the current equipment to a full replacement of the entire door and mechanism. Truly a professional from a top notch company. Will did a fantastic job diagnosing the problem with our garage door (broken spring) and notifying us of the other issues with our 25 year-old builder grade garage door. We decided to replace the entire garage door and are very happy with how Will and the company handled a manufacturer's error with the door color.
