A roller on my garage door popped out of the track. Frank came out to fix it. He was prompt, thorough and friendly. Explained why and what he did to fix the roller/track then made sure the door functioned the way it was suppose to. He was friendly and thorough and would recommend Frank and Precision Doors to all my friends and family.

My garage door cable snapped on a Friday, and I called Precision Garage Door for service. I was pleased that they were able to come out the following day. John Franks was my service technician. He was very amiable and knowledgeable, and he explained what services I needed. I really just wanted to get the cables fixed at this visit and he did not give me a high pressure sell which is very big for me. I also needed new rollers too. The price was within my budget, and he was able to have the door fixed in under an hour. That was great. Thanks!

Paul was a total pro... Showed up on time, took the time to explain what was going on, and fixed our garage quickly! He gave me some maintenance tips, too. Garage works better now than when we moved in! Also wanted to say how pleased I am with the whole experience I had with Precision. Our garage was in such bad shape that it couldn't even be opened manually. I called on Sunday afternoon. They were able to schedule service for Monday morning, and Paul fixed it before lunch.

I had PD recondition our old garage doors several years ago and was very pleased with the service, so when one of the doors suddenly failed to open I called PD again. The schedulers were very pleasant, professional, and accommodating of my needs. I was pleased to learn that the same technician who had serviced the doors, Bill Adamini, would be coming out again to fix the stuck door. Bill is very professional, friendly, and does good work. He quickly unstuck the problem door, tested both doors to ensure that they were working properly, made some needed adjustments, and also found and corrected a condition that would have caused a problem later. The service is expensive but also top-rate. Their warranty is also excellent. I have confidence in the quality of PD’s work, so I will call them again if our garage doors need further service.

Ryan came to replace my existing garage door, and couldn't have been more polite and efficient. He explained everything to me, gave a very accurate estimate of how long it would take, and left the area just as it was when he arrived. He took everything with him when he left and was such a nice young man. First, I would like to apologize,thinking that it was your Company, that installed my old garage door opener, four years ago. My old garage door opener was much older. The Tech.,Repairer, who came to help, with the problem, I was having with my door opener,was very prompt, courteous' and dressed appropriate, for work.Once he saw what was happening with my door. His explanation was very clear, what I needed to do. SO,I purchased a New garage door opener. The Tech. were on point with the Installation and explaining to me as he processed thru the installation. I must say, I love my NEW GARAGE DOOR OPENER. It is so much, QUIETER. Thank You.
