Precision Door is at the top of their game in service, professionalism, responsiveness, and pricing. It is a very pleasant surprise given other service providers and contractors today. My call was immediately answered on a Saturday and an appointment was set that fit our schedule for the next day. The technician, Bill Adamini, called ahead of time. He was about 30 minutes and available when we were ready. He fixed the issue for the original call, identified several minor other ongoing points to tighten up performance, gave ongoing self-maintenance recommendations, and was still completed in less than an hour. All during this time, he was exceptionally pleasant to our family and personable. Excellent service (something I don't get to say often enough, nowadays)! I will call Precision any time an issue arises.

Precision Door Service of Cleveland was a pleasure to work with from the moment I contacted them. I was surprised to see they were open on a Sunday, so I gave them a call on Sunday morning figuring I wouldn't get a technician out to our home for a few days. They were able to schedule a technician that same day to come out to look at our garage door opener issue. I received a call from Bill Adamini about a half-hour before our scheduled time. He just finished a job on the eastside and had another job scheduled after ours back on the eastside. We live on the far, far westside and he asked if he could do the job after ours first and then come out our way. That was no problem and in fact, it was much better for our schedule. Again, I was just happy that had someone could come out on a Sunday and I didn't need to adjust my work schedule during the week to be home. About a half-hour before our reschedule time Bill called to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived he assessed our garage door opener issue and gave us several options. He was very professional, friendly and got the job done in about an hour. My wife and I were extremely pleased with Bill and all that he had done. Bill cleaned up, went over all the details on the new garage door opener he installed. He had me step through all the new options we had and he was on his way. My wife and I are very pleased with our new, extremely quiet garage door opener. It has a few new bells and whistles that our old opener didn't have, which were nice additions. We purchased the 8550 Liftmaster. Our dog was also pleased with Bill too because Bill had some milk bone dog biscuits for him in his truck. Bill made a new friend. I highly recommend Precision Door Service.

When my garage door wouldn't close I was frantic! It was Sunday, no one else was home and I had no idea where to turn. "Go to the yellow pages" a little voice told me, and a few minutes later I was on the phone to the one that looked the most reliable. And was it ever!! From the initial conversation with the helpful secretary on the phone to the time the door was repaired and in use it was only a few hours. The technician, Bill Adamini, saw the problem immediately and had the tools to repair the broken cable. We discussed the rusting on the lower panel of the door and he assured me it didn't mean replacing the whole door, just that panel. I asked him to put in the order and the next day he returned to take care of that. He had it completed in less than an hour!! It is so reassuring to have such a wonderful experience as this. I called Precision, a referral from my brother, after the spring on my garage door broke. My info was taken down in detail and I was given a time frame for service, which was very quick. Rep "John" came and did an excellent job in repairing my door, added new cables too, and explained everything he was doing, and why. He was very polite, efficient, considerate and informative. I'd definitely recommend Precision.

The man who installed our door was equally friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Overall my experience was excellent and I would highly recommend this company to others. Thank you- we love the quality and aesthetics of the door and it’s bells and whistles. And to top it off, the door is so quiet!

Paul was very courteous, called and showed up on time. He explained what needed to be done and why before starting to work. Completed the job very quickly even in the heat and Humidity. Very happy with the response and the service. I called Home advisor and requested quotes. Precision called me back within an hour and was able to setup an appointment when I needed it for Monday morning. The tech call before he arrive with an eta which was the time line I setup when I called to setup the appointment. The James F. was great he explained everything and made recommendations. He told and showed me the difference between the springs he was going to replace and the new ones. I got both replaced and he went over the warranty. He also check ed and lubricated the rest of the garage door parts. I have another property and plan the call Precision when I need them. And by the way none of the other companies got back to me yet.

I recently had a new garage door opener installed, mine predated the 80's so I was nervous about the cost and installation time. The service performed by Jim Boland was not stressful at all. Contacted the company Saturday evening when our garage door wouldn’t open. Offered to come out on Sunday but it wasn’t a good time for us. Paul was here first thing Monday morning and took care of the repairs. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Maybe q bit pricey but great service.
