I very much appreciated the way your staff responded to our emergency from the moment that we contacted them. We scheduled our repair appointment quickly for the next afternoon (and changed the time period due to a last minute event). Our repairman (John Franks) arrived on time, immediately identified the problem, estimated the repair time, worked efficiently and promptly, and even answered the frequent questions from my inquisitive six-year-old grandniece. The Technician came to our Home. He determined the Problem right away. He have suggested replacement of the Garage Door Opener Unit. After installation was completed, Technician noticed that Garage Door itself was not functioning properly. He had all parts and tools to make repair. The whole job took les than two hours. My garage door spring broke. After searching yellow pages and internet I decided to give Precision a call since they had a 24 hour answering service. An appointment was set up for the next morning with Paul as the technician. Paul arrived on time (actually he was early), explained the options available for repairing the spring and other components that were worn. Garage door had been installed in 2001 and definitely in need of repair/service. After approval, Paul went about his job and finished in a timely manner. He was very pleasant and personable. Springs and other components were replaced and the door works like a charm. Before it would scream like a banshee when it opened or closed. I would definitely recommend Precision for your garage door issues.

I've used Precision Door service on multiple occasions. When it came time to move into a new home, I didn't think twice about calling them to install a new garage door opener. When I made the appointment, I was given the name of the technician (Anthony Wise) and a window as to when I could expect him to arrive. I received a call from Anthony almost 1 hour earlier than the provided time with Anthony asking if it would be ok to come early. Naturally I said "yes". Anthony arrived, introduced himself and proceeded to tell me about the various garage door openers that could be installed, providing details as to the differences between the various models. I selected 8550 Liftmaster and Anthony was off and running. The work was done quickly and completely after which Anthony provided me an overview of the garage door opener's capabilities. When Anthony left, the garage was spotless and, other than the noticeable new garage door opener, you wouldn't have known that any work had just taken place. In short, Anthony was amazing. Precision Door Service - You have an incredible employee in Anthony! Rest assured, I won't hesitate in recommending Precision Door Service to family and friends.

Door spring broke and the door shifted on a Saturday at 4:00PM, so I could not get cars out of garage. Called Precision because they were listed on the internet as open. I was able to schedule service for either Sunday afternoon or Monday morning. The serviceman was extremely knowledgeable and made repairs efficiently and effectively. I am extremely satisfied with their response and repair.

My service was quick and simple, and my technician, John Franks, was very proessional, kind, and knowleable in helping me resolve it -- over the phone! My garage door would go up but not down, and the keypad on the garage wouldn't work either. He advised me to check that both sensor lights were on and not blocked by anything. In so doing, I found that one side was blocked by a snow shovel -- DUH!! He told me to remove it and try the fob again. Low and behold, the garage door went up AND down, and the code on the keypad worked! Needless to say, I was ecstatic -- to tears even! I am so thankful to a company that provides excellent customer service whether it results in a monetary transaction or not -- even though that is ALWAYS appreciated. My technician resolved my problem over the phone, thus avoiding ME a service charge, and HIM a trip for something that the customer could resolve, by themself, in one step. In my heart and mind, Precision is profoundly a five-star company/business that provides five-star customer service in addition to considering the customer's pocket, as well as their own. I would recommend them to ANYONE needing garage service.

When I called I was advised there would be no service fee if work was performed,ànd yet I was charged the 65.00 along with the fee for spring adjustment. Then I was advised the door would be lubricated. I was not advised it was an additional fee or was given an opportunity to decline. I was not provided the breakdown on the invoice to review, only the signature line. I asked why it so high but did not receive an answer.what a deceiptfull practice. The way I see it this company owes me $85.00. There was only a spring adjustment needed and it was a 15 minute job. I cannot at this point recommend Precision as your technicians clearly take advantage of senior citizens and will be happy to share this online if it is not rectified.
