I originally had an appointment for garage door opener repair with a smaller company. They didn't show up and didn't return repeated calls/messages. When I called Precision, they were able to come out the same day (within 2 hours), provided a confirmation email with the picture of the technician I could expect, and the tech called when he was within 5 minutes of my location - WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!! The repair was completed quickly and at a very reasonable price - thank you PRECISION!!!

Precision provided a same day appointment, which was amazing, and arrived squarely inside the predicted time frame. The problem was diagnosed and explained clearly. We were provided options regarding the fix as well as additional items which can prevent the issue in the future. Precision was out a year ago for a different service. At that time he noted that our builder cut a corner or two which was stressing the garage door. He predicted the door would break in a certain way and approximately when it would break. He was exactly right. The repair was conducted quickly in a professional manner. We will use this company again.

I called late on a Friday and Zoran was there within the allotted window. He was very knowledgeable and described in detail what needed fixed. Since he didn't have exactly what was needed, we scheduled for Sunday morning and he was done with all of it by noon. The garage hasn't worked that well or quietly since we've been here. Bill was prompt and profession. He did a through inspection to make sure there were no other issues. He then explained everything that needed to be done, and showed my options and the cost for each option. He inspected, installed new springs, a new garage door opener, and explained how the new opener worked in less than 1 1/2 hours. Your technician, Bill Adamini, called ahead and arrived right on time. He tightened springs, adjusted opener, replaced and lubricated rollers. During his inspection, he found a bearing that had seized and was wearing the bar the springs were on. He replaced the bearings. The garage door works great! Excellent service and work.

Will was a genuinely nice guy who was prompt and honest about what I needed. I was given my options and chose the more expensive, but better deal overall. Now I have a like new system and a lifetime warranty that stays with the house. It will be a good selling point as we're looking to move in the next couple of years! I have to admit that when our garage door broke less than a month after being repaired, I was not very happy. The fact that I was trapped at home and had to miss my morning obligations made me even more upset. But, once again, "Super Bill Adamini" came to our rescue! Not only did he head our way as quickly as he could, he arrived well before the time he was expected. Bill is so kind and compassionate that he felt really bad that we had an issue so soon. He immediately diagnosed the problem and explained the reason for the malfunction, which made total sense. Bill made the repairs and even took the time to show me how to manually open the garage door in the unlikely event that something goes wrong in the future. Bill was so thoughtful that he also lowered the cord he taught me to pull so I wouldn't have to reach too high to grasp it. Now, Bill, it's not that I don't like seeing you, but let's hope that next time it won't be under such stressful circumstances!
