I called them in the morning to ask about coming out to look at my opener. They were very clear as to how they charge for these type services and I was happy to hear they could come out that afternoon! They were very careful to make sure my contact information was correct and, as promised, the tech called when he was on the way and arrived right on time! My call taker was quick and courteous. He got my info correct the first time I said it! Bill, the tech, was even earlier than was scheduled the day I called. (The problem occurred on Sunday ) He immediately got on the problem repairing the door's broken spring. He was courteous, told me what had to be done, gave me the fee up front and fixed the problem in no time.

5 stars and super service first from Zoran who explained the opener system that I had and why it wasn't working properly. I had a choice the to fix it or install a new system on the spot. I chose the new system but Zoran didn't have the proper opener in the truck and was coming back with it later. He got caught up on another job and asked Anthony to take his place. Anthony came and installed a new opener and controls in less than in hour. He then explained exactly how it worked. Both men were friendly and courteous. Their explanations of the system and its workings were clear and understandable. Precision Door deserves all the accolades it receives. I will happily use it again and recommend it.

I contacted Precision about an issue I was having with my garage door. It was stopping about 3/4 of the way up on some of the openings. A tech came out to look at the situation and told us that we had a builder grade door and that the door was flexing too much from use and he would recommend replacing it. The garage door and home are only 3 years old, so we had a hard time believing that it was because of the door, but he was adamant that was the issue. We decided to pay over $1300 to have a new door installed that they said would fix the problem. The day after I had the new door system installed, I went to leave for work and hit the opener, it stopped 3/4 of the way up again. I called Precision that morning and let them know that the door wasn't the issue and I was not happy about spending the money I had on a whole new door system(that i didn't think was the problem in the first place) and it still didn't work. Precision told me they would come back out and look at the situation again. The tech came out a week later and told me that it must be the opener and that it needed replaced. So, we had him replace the opener. Within two days of the opener being replaced, the garage door stuck again. I again contacted Precision and they sent somebody out a week later to evaluate the situation. The tech claimed that he didn't know what the problem could be, and said that maybe my kids were pushing the buttons when the door was opening. I thought he was joking, but he was not. I have called Precision over a dozen times in the past few months explaining the situation, and the call center says that someone will be in contact. Nobody will even give me the courtesy to return a phone call. I am extremely disappointed in this company and would not recommend them in the future. If there is an issue that they don't understand, expect them to give up and leave you high and dry without being about to contact them or speak to anybody.
