We moved into our new home only to discover the previous owners had left us no working garage door openers. John came out the next day and got us set up with two working remotes and programmed my husband’s car, too. While he was here, he also inspected the system and noted the door had been backed into a few times and that was why it made so much noise. Although he did sell us the necessary door replacement, he also pointed out the motor was still in good condition. I appreciated his honesty. I would not have been the wiser. He also reminded me to check the home owners association architectural standards. Good thing he did because the first one I had picked out would not have been accepted.

Called about a garage door opener repair and ended up getting a new install (it was needed). The product is fantastic and my technician was super knowledgeable and friendly! This is our second time using Precision. Today's experience mirrors our prior experience. I called just before 8am and was given multiple options for same day service. My window was 1-3pm and Zoran called around 12:40 saying that he would arrive around 1pm. He arrived right on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and provided a clear explanation of what needed to be done and an estimate. He fixed the garage door and we were back in business after about 30 minutes. Highly recommend Zoran and Precision for all your garage door needs.

I contacted Precision Overhead Garage Door after striking out with a competitor. My garage door was installed by an amateur, so it was recommended that the spring assembly, cable drums, and rollers be replaced. I was able to make an appointment very quickly for a weekend, which was nice. The work was done quickly and professionally, and the technician ("Z") answered all of my questions and then some. I actually learned a lot from him! The experience was wonderful overall. The price was a bit high, but I was okay with it as you get what you pay for.

Unfortunately, our garage door spring broke on Labor Day weekend. The company we used prior was closed. We read reviews about Precision and they were excellent. We almost didn't go with Precision though, because we like employees of companies to have time off, so we hope you treat them well for their dedication and expertise. We had Zoran come to our home. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained what we needed and why. We really needed 2 springs for our door and needed new roller and bearing plate. Also, our door was too tight and he fixed that as well. Very professional and personable. 5 stars from us! We will recommend you to others.
