We have been loyal, happy customers for at least 10 years. Today Ryan was our technician and he installed our new garage door. He is a very nice person and did an excellent job. He called when he was on his way which is always appreciated and the job took just about the 2 hours that had been estimated. I am looking forward to when he installs 2 garage doors at my daughter's house. Our regular technician Anthony is also the best. He helped arrange and start this installation process.

I had repairs completed in June of 2017. At that time I paid for a full warranty on my garage door. So, when I needed additional repairs in April 2019 I called Precision Door. Bill the service technician was very informative and explained what I needed to have my garage door closed tightly. I appreciate his advanced call to inform me of when he would arrive at my house. I also appreciated the Angie's List discount on the service call fee. Thanks again for your excellent customer service.

I had a gentleman come out to see what the problem was with my garage door he checked it out and gave me 3 quotes one for repair and 2 for new openers, I decided to get a second opinion and had the problem fixed for 300.00 less then his best quote

5 stars We googled garage door repair, looking for someone who seemed reliable and could come out that evening. I was making the call for our daughter & son-in-law as they were both at work. Having problem with the door not staying down. Would like this repaired so would not have concerns while at work. Liked the information I read so called to ask more about the company and would you be able to service them this evening? Sorry, but I forget the name of the woman I talked with. She was very helpful answering all my questions. Has a pleasing voice. Was able to assign a technician to arrive between 4 and 6:00. Zoran arrived by 4:30. Very pleasant. He thoroughly explained all options for the repair. We felt no pressure in choosing the entire mechanism to be replaced rather than just the repair of a couple parts. You feel somewhat leery contacting a company for service when the only thing you know about them is the on-line information. Glad we took a chance on Precision.

THANK YOU! Bill, my tech was pleasant and knew what he was doing. Explained everything he was doing as well. He was called here to fix another problem from another company, and he did it when the other company said there was no problem. Door was not hanging correctly from getting both springs replaced by another company. When called back to fix issue, other company said there was no problem! Bill saw the problem with the door and fixed it. Thanks Bill. Goodbye 'other' company!

Great service. Originally called for repair of broken torsion spring. The technician,Paul, arrived promptly the next morning and quickly assessed the situation. He explained the benefits of a complete overhaul including lifetime warranty of parts. He’s obviously very knowledgeable, but there was never any pressure. I was very pleased overhaul was completed in about one hour including cleanup. I would highly recommend this company.

Our garage door needed immediate repair, as it was stuck halfway, not opening or closing. Upon calling Precision Garage Door Service, they were able to schedule an appointment within 24 hours! The technician, Paul Broschk, arrive right on the time, and thoroughly explained exactly what was needed to be done, and some alternatives. He installed a new garage door opener, keypad, and new rollers, and lubricated the bearings, etc. Paul made sure my keypad and the integrated opener in my car worked properly, and did all of this in a timely manner. He was very personable, courteous, and knowledgeable, and told me to call if there was any problem with the opener. Many thanks to Precision Garage Door and Paul Broschk for your excellent service.
