Quick and efficient I scheduled the appointment for Wednesday 8-10. The technician Paul came shortly before 8. He provided me tour the information regarding the repair of my garage. He was in and out within 1 hour and 15 minutes. My garage was smooth and quiet now. Great job Paul.

The door that was purchased 4 years ago through Precision was closing crooked. Scheduled a service call. John arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and informed me that all parts were part of the warranty. Parts were replaced at no charge and the door functions properly. Only charge was for reasonable service call.

Mr. Boland: Thank you so much for your excellent customer service. The world could use a few more companies like yours! Long story, short, my husband has MD and I just returned home on the 14th after surgery. We needed prescriptions refilled (only 1 more pain pill for my husband). The garage door would not open. We could not get out. We called Precision. Original appointment, per Brittany and Amy, could be no sooner than the 16th. I persisted called again and spoke to Jayson and Holly. They got on the job and we had the repair completed on the 15th about 10:00 am. The repair man was very nice, professional, and took care to make sure everything worked properly and that I understood everything before leaving. So sorry I cannot recall his name. He was great, Mr. Boland! And those are the kind of people that will keep you in business. And No Charge! If you have a problem with your garage door opener. Call Precision! From 2 grateful Senior Citizens!

Bill was out to our house today and completed a tune-up, replaced weather stripping on both garage doors and assured us all is in good working order, as requested. He called in advance of our appointment time to provide his ETA, was very courteous, as usual. This is the second time we have used Precision,. Jim, The tech John Franks inspected my door as a result of the door on Nov. 7 malfunctioning whereas the door in the closed position going up and stopping half way with a loud snapping sound. All our garage door remotes stopped working. Two hours after I called for service Bill Adamini was here and in 10 minutes he diagnosed the problem (I had managed to wipe the opener's memory), reprogrammed the opener, and showed me how to program the remote on our new car.
