I had accidentally rub into my garage door while it was opening. I did quite a bit of handbags including snapping 2 wheels off and knocking out completely off the tracks. I called mid morning and had someone out by about 1230. I was so grateful that my garage door was able to be repaired and not have to replace it. It was done in about a hour and a half that same day! The technician explained everything that needed to be done. He was courteous, and very professional.

Zoran did a great job preparing my broken spring and also identified problems with my rollers and one frayed cable. He explained everything he needed to do to get my door working again. He also thoroughly answered all of my questions about the general condition of my garage door and info about potential replacement down the line. He also gave me some tips on preventative maintenance. Absolutely wonderful service! My double garage door would not open and I could not lift door manually. I was scheduled to pick up relatives at the airport and car was in garage! I called Precision and Anthony Wise came out that morning. Anthony called before he arrived was kind, courteous and quickly solved the problem. The spring had broken and the end bearing plates were shot. I would highly recommend Precision. This is the second time I have used this company. The last was 9 years ago.

My sister referred me to Precision. I thought I only needed a simple repair, however, John (my technician) pointed out all of defects with my garage door and even I had to agree I needed a new door. Being on a fix income I can appreciate the fact I only had to come up with half down and the other half was due upon completion of the job which gave me time to come up with the other half. On the day John was to arrive to replace my door I was surprise he was doing the job by himself. I can rave about John all day long as he did an excellent job. John is very friendly and was able to answer all of my questions. I can also appreciate the five year warranty that came with my new garage door. All in all I had a wonderful experience and would rate Precision with an A+. Thank you Precision and John..with all of my heart...I thank you.

We could not be happier with Precision! When our opener springs broke on a Sunday, leaving our garage door inoperable, we called Precision- fearing the dreaded extra charges for weekend/holidays. The Precision representative that we reached by phone was polite and was able to schedule a service visit the same day. I called around 10 am and our appointment was set for between 8-9 pm, but our technician, Bill, called me about 15 minutes later to see if earlier would work. Bill actually fit us in that morning! He was wonderful. He quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced our springs. He was highly knowledgeable, efficient, and polite. Bill was able to easily pull up our account history because Precision uses today’s technology, so everything is accessible on computer tablets. The only cost that we incurred was the service call fee because our broken springs were covered by the lifetime warranty and there was no extra charge for weekends! Yay! Thank you Bill for you excellent(and quick!) service. We are so happy we chose Precision!

On another note, kinda upset that when they sent this survey form it contained a $100 coupon that I could have used if I had received it at the appointment confirmation. Called for opener battery back up service Bill A., technician, came the next day, replaced the battery backup, changed both light bulbs, made sure the system was fully functional, and took the slack out of the electrical cord.
