Service was quick and great. Had an issue and had to quickly search online for a place. Called around 4:30 and they scheduled for 6-8pm. The technician, Anthony Wise, was able to come early. He called first to confirm that it was ok to come early. He arrived quickly and figured out the issue right away. He provided 3 options and explained each. His work was quick and good. Turned a frustration situation around and made it much easier for us.

Will arrived ahead of schedule which was great for me. He gave us a thorough run down on our choices for a new garage door. We especially appreciated his willingness to answer all our questions - and there were plenty! Will was very detailed in his explanations. We discussed all of our options and feel satisfied that we are making an excellent choice. We are looking forward to having our new door.

We were very pleased with our recent experience with Precision Door. Obviously, same day availability especially with the recent inclement weather is huge. Our technician Bill arrived ahead of schedule and was extremely courteous, professional and diligent. He had the problem diagnosed and solved in a very efficient amount of time. The package we purchased will hopefully eliminate any future debacles. We highly recommend Precision Door and rate them 5 stars!

My garage door problem was an easy fix. I called sometime after 8:30AM and they gave me a window 0f 10A-12P. Shortly after 10 John (very nice employee) called and said he would be there in 5 minutes and he was true to his word. First time I've used this company but would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them. John was very friendly and knowledgeable. Very good prices. Thank you for a positive experience!

It's Sunday and our garage door won't open, we call your company to see when you could come out & to our surprise within the hour your service man, John Franks was at our back door. We explained what was wrong, and he gave us options to fix the problem. He explained each option, in detail, and let us make the best decision for us. John was very prompt, friendly, easy to talk to, and knows what he's doing. If all your service people are as easy to get along with, then your business will always get rave reviews. We are extremely happy & satisfied with the service we received and will recommend your company to our family & friends. John Franks represents your company fantastically! From my first call reaching out for service through to the completion of the service work I experienced what was the most professional kind courteous service. Well beyond my expectations. The weather was absolutely terrible and the serviceman (Will) showed up on time and a very pleasant attitude. After he checked to make sure what I identified as the problem was the real issue he gave me some choices and options. He took a little under an hour to perform the work, gave me some good information for the future. The area was left clean, I was happy with the price (I always look for a fair price, not the cheapest, you get what you pay for) and the gentleman was confident and professional.
