Jim, The tech John Franks inspected my door as a result of the door on Nov. 7 malfunctioning whereas the door in the closed position going up and stopping half way with a loud snapping sound. It has been working correctly ever since and John could not duplicate the malfunction and no repair was needed. John was very polite and respectful....

All our garage door remotes stopped working. Two hours after I called for service Bill Adamini was here and in 10 minutes he diagnosed the problem (I had managed to wipe the opener's memory), reprogrammed the opener, and showed me how to program the remote on our new car. He was very friendly and did a great job.

When my garage door would not close without the inside power button being held down until the door reached the bottom, I called the office and Jennifer scheduled me right away. Zoran reprogrammed our remote controls and made an adjustment to our garage door. He was able to answer all of our questions and address our concerns. After searching the internet for local garage door repair, I selected Precision because of the vast amount of positive reviews. The consultant that took my call was professional, pleasant and thorough. John Franks came on time and quickly saw the problem and communicated effectively about my options. I chose to have all the moving parts replaced which includes a lifetime warranty. My door is old and it seemed like my best option. John did the work quickly and perfectly.
