I would recommend Precision to anyone. I called in the morning and my technician, John Franks, arrived in the afternoon. I thought I needed to replace the opener, but John took the time to evaluate my system. He replaced the rollers and pulleys, realigned the rails and lubricated all the hinges. The sensor was not working well, so he replaced that, as well as mounting it properly. Instead of sounding like a drawbridge over a moat, my garage door glides easily. Thanks, John, for your professionalism and your attention to details.

Please do not allow Precision to be your only estimate! I was told within 30 seconds I needed a new garage door because mines was off the tracks... The second company to come out fixed my problem for $150.00. I would not recommend Precision..

I called to set up an appointment for replacement of a broken spring at about 1:15 on 4/9. I was surprised that I was given an arrival time of between 3 & 5 pm the same day. Anthony Wise was my service technician and he arrived even a little earlier. He was extremely friendly, polite, neat, and efficient. He examined the garage door, noting that the cables were recently replaced. He did suggest replacing the rollers, which were 32 years old. No hard sell, just explained the need. Repairs were quickly completed. Very satisfied with the quick response and with the efficient service provided by Anthony.

Five stars! The repair man that was sent to me name was Anthony and he was on time, very knowledgeable, very nice, polite and quick. We kept our (6 ft) distance because of the Covid 19 at a high right now but he did not make me feel uncomfortable or anything like that. We still communicated from a safe distance when needed. I would most definitely recommend this company and this repairman if your undecided.
