When my garage door wouldn't close I was frantic! It was Sunday, no one else was home and I had no idea where to turn. "Go to the yellow pages" a little voice told me, and a few minutes later I was on the phone to the one that looked the most reliable. And was it ever!! From the initial conversation with the helpful secretary on the phone to the time the door was repaired and in use it was only a few hours. The technician, Bill Adamini, saw the problem immediately and had the tools to repair the broken cable. We discussed the rusting on the lower panel of the door and he assured me it didn't mean replacing the whole door, just that panel. I asked him to put in the order and the next day he returned to take care of that. He had it completed in less than an hour!! It is so reassuring to have such a wonderful experience as this. I called Precision, a referral from my brother, after the spring on my garage door broke. My info was taken down in detail and I was given a time frame for service, which was very quick. Rep "John" came and did an excellent job in repairing my door, added new cables too, and explained everything he was doing, and why. He was very polite, efficient, considerate and informative. John Franks was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly during the estimate and I enjoyed working with hi to select the right garage door for our needs. The man who installed our door was equally friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Overall my experience was excellent and I would highly recommend this company to others. Paul was very courteous, called and showed up on time. He explained what needed to be done and why before starting to work. Completed the job very quickly even in the heat and Humidity. Made sure everything was working properly before he left. Even made some adjustments on the door opener to make it run more smoothly. Cleaned up the area even better than before he arrived. Very happy with the response and the service. I called Home advisor and requested quotes. Precision called me back within an hour and was able to setup an appointment when I needed it for Monday morning. The tech call before he arrive with an eta which was the time line I setup when I called to setup the appointment. The James F. was great he explained everything and made recommendations. He told and showed me the difference between the springs he was going to replace and the new ones. I got both replaced and he went over the warranty. He also check ed and lubricated the rest of the garage door parts. I have another property and plan the call Precision when I need them. And by the way none of the other companies got back to me yet.

Contacted the company Saturday evening when our garage door wouldn’t open. Offered to come out on Sunday but it wasn’t a good time for us. Paul was here first thing Monday morning and took care of the repairs. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Maybe q bit pricey but great service.
