Garage door took a dump on Friday afternoon before the holiday weekend. I called a couple of the "well known" garage door companies but they were gone for the holiday. Figured I wouldn't have this resolved until after the holiday. Wrong! I took a chance and called Precision. They answered their phone and I had a next day appointment. Zoran came out and fixed the problem. Zoran was knowledgeable, honest and courteous. He explained the problems and let me decide what I wanted done. No pressure no sales pitch just results. I highly recommend Precision.

Use these guys! Everything was old school. They answered the phone with a human. They set up the appointment, told me who was coming and when. We got Zoran, or Z. He was on time, efficient and professional. He got right to work, walked us through the new lift, explained clearly how it all operated, and was on his way. The entire transaction went perfectly.

I had the rubber seal replaced on my garage door in which a raccoon had chewed away the entire seal. The repair guy came and fixed it in no time. He explained why the rubber seal did not meet the ground on one side because the ground was not level, and that by the next day it should be ok. I was a little skeptical at first, but the next day it was fine???? thank you Precision.

I couldn't have had a better experience today. I called the company at 8:15 am to have my garage door opener looked at. By 9:55 Greg arrived at my door. He was very polite and professional. He replaced my garage door opener and was gone by 11:10 am. It doesn't get any better than that!

Found your excellent ad in the Yellow Pages. I never expected anyone would be able to visit our home on the same day I made the call. Amy did a great job of getting all of my information correctly and was very pleasant on the phone. Greg Carden is an outstanding tech and knew exactly how to improve the operation of our double garage door. The opener may need to be replaced in the future and we would certainly want to have Precision do the work, especially if we can ask for Greg to be the installer.
