My experience with precision door was excellent from the woman who answered the phone she was compassionate with my issue and scheduled me for the next possible appointment! My technician Bill called as he was on his way and arrived on time explained everything that needed to be done and why. Within 25 min my garage door was working and looked great!! He showed Me everything he did and explained the warranty before he left. I would definitely recommend!

Precision Door...great company! I would highly recommend them. My garage door broke late on a Saturday evening. I wasn’t sure what service companies would be available, if any, on a weekend. So,I went to Angie‘s list. Precision Door’s high rating, 24 hour available service and no extra charge for weekend service immediately caught my eye. I called and spoke to Jennifer. Wonderful lady. She tried to get me immediate service on Saturday, but that didn’t work out. However, she did set me up for service Sunday morning, at NO EXTRA CHARGE. Greg came out and diagnosed the problem quickly, a snapped steel cable. I also knew beforehand I needed to replace my garage door. Greg quickly and efficiently got my door back in operating condition, and explained all my options. He gave me a quote to replace my door and even applied some discounts that saved me $200!! I gave him the ok to order the door. That would take 2 weeks to arrive. Very grateful to Greg for his professionalism and efficiency. Today, two weeks later, my new door was installed by John Gilles. It took him 2 hours from start to finish. Unbelievable!! He was fantastic!! I am very happy with the new door and John’s installation. He is obviously a skilled tradesman that knows his craft well. Nice guy too! In my opinion, you can’t go wrong with this company.

A spring on my garage door broke, and I called Precision, as they had been out at my house a year ago for another problem. Like the first time, they quickly scheduled an appointment, and this morning Bill Adamini (who, coincidentally, was the tech who serviced my garage door a year ago) arrived early and ready to work. Within 30 minutes, I was back in business. GREAT service by a great and friendly technician!

I asked Precision to install a garage door keypad and provide a remote opener for an older car I own. The technician did run a few minutes late but called me in advance to advise me of the delay which was only 10 minutes off the scheduled time. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. He also inspected my garage door and provided good information for future consideration. He paired my new car with the opener and answered all my questions. If I have a garage door issue in the future, Precision will be my first call!

Garage door took a dump on Friday afternoon before the holiday weekend. I called a couple of the "well known" garage door companies but they were gone for the holiday. Figured I wouldn't have this resolved until after the holiday. Wrong! I took a chance and called Precision. They answered their phone and I had a next day appointment. Zoran came out and fixed the problem. Zoran was knowledgeable, honest and courteous. He explained the problems and let me decide what I wanted done. No pressure no sales pitch just results. I highly recommend Precision.

I had the rubber seal replaced on my garage door in which a raccoon had chewed away the entire seal. The repair guy came and fixed it in no time. He explained why the rubber seal did not meet the ground on one side because the ground was not level, and that by the next day it should be ok. I was a little skeptical at first, but the next day it was fine???? thank you Precision.
