I had my door serviced exactly a year ago. The technician then talked me into purchasing the premium springs and the other components that cost twice more than the cheaper ones that he said would not last. Recently the “premium” springs have gotten loose and the garage door closed on me while I was inside it. I had to pay a service fee of over $60.00 today after the technician tightened the springs. I will never use this company again. The premium components were supposed to have been premium and should have lasted longer than the components we had before that came from the Home Depot and lasted for years.

Garage door springs broke on a Thursday Called a local garage repair company and they told me they could not repair it until Monday between 10 and 5. Then I called PRECISION Should have done that first! VERY PROFESSIONAL ON THE PHONE, WORKED WITH ME AROUND OUR WORK SCHEDULE AND IT WAS REPAIRED FRIDAY AFTERNOON! Installer, Joe, called in advance to let me know he was on his way. He arrived precisely on time and completely explained what he would be doing to remove and replace my two old garage doors. Joe was efficient in his time, very courteous and professional. He cleared away all the debris when finished and went over care and maintenance with me. The new doors look and work perfectly. I am very satisfied with Joe's work and would highly recommend him and Precision Door.

Our experience with Precision Door was a pleasure. Each of the staff we dealt with (reception/scheduling, sales, technician) was professional and courteous. Appointments were met on time and our technician, Will, arrived ready to work. He removed heavy wooden non-motorized doors and installed new doors with openers, provided two keypads, and tested to make sure they worked; then returned to install key bypass for use in event of power outage. We are pleased with the quality of the doors and openers, the installation process, and the technical expertise and customer service. Highly recommend Precision Door.

On time, excellent service! Lots of issues I blamed on door weight and shifting ground from a nearby tree all disappeared after John finished his work. Turns out the door was never installed right to begin with twenty two years ago.... John also took time to explain to me how to use everything, trouble shoot it, what to do for power outtages and even how to maintain it to make it last and continue to work correctly. Very impressive - their numbers in my contacts now and I will definitely recommend them.

I was a little uncertain about the whole process, and Precision was the first I encountered on the net. Also, I had received a coupon in the mail. William was knowledgeable, and seems to have done just what I needed today. My old opener had probably been damaged by an electrical surge; at any rate, it had quit working completely, even after I changed the capacitor. It was great to get it done in one day, and I couldn't have done the job myself.

Excellent work, professional and pleasant technician and decent prices. We first used Precision to work on a garage door in an old house (1826) we bought. They did a wonderful job rebuilding the door at a significant cost less than a new door (our choice). After a year and a half, some additional old parts gave way, making the door inoperable. John was here the very next morning, and replaced all the old, cracked hinges and the door was working once again. He gave us a quote on a new door, but we are going to stretch the life of this one as long as we can.

Anthony is an excellent technician who replaced the lift cables as requested. He also pointed out that the rollers were very worn and could be a safety hazard while the door is raised, considering the weight of the 50-year old wooden door. When he replaced the rollers, the door was no longer noisy when raising and lowering, and there seemed to be less strain on the opener. Anthony recommended replacement with an uninsulated metal door for $1,300 and offered to apply today's repair charge of $355 as a deposit, assuming we purchase the new door within one week. To me, this is a very fair way to do business, and promotes a long term, continuing relationship.

I was very happy that the technician Will was able to come out the same day, tho this was not an emergency. We just needed a tune-up/lube/keypad replacement. Will offered 2 options to get the doors to optimum working condition and quoted pricing on all options. Precision Door is at the top of their game in service, professionalism, responsiveness, and pricing. It is a very pleasant surprise given other service providers and contractors today. My call was immediately answered on a Saturday and an appointment was set that fit our schedule for the next day. The technician, Bill Adamini, called ahead of time. He was about 30 minutes and available when we were ready. He fixed the issue for the original call, identified several minor other ongoing points to tighten up performance, gave ongoing self-maintenance recommendations, and was still completed in less than an hour. All during this time, he was exceptionally pleasant to our family and personable. Excellent service (something I don't get to say often enough, nowadays)! I will call Precision any time an issue arises.

Precision Door Service of Cleveland was a pleasure to work with from the moment I contacted them. I was surprised to see they were open on a Sunday, so I gave them a call on Sunday morning figuring I wouldn't get a technician out to our home for a few days. They were able to schedule a technician that same day to come out to look at our garage door opener issue. I received a call from Bill Adamini about a half-hour before our scheduled time. He just finished a job on the eastside and had another job scheduled after ours back on the eastside. We live on the far, far westside and he asked if he could do the job after ours first and then come out our way. That was no problem and in fact, it was much better for our schedule. Again, I was just happy that had someone could come out on a Sunday and I didn't need to adjust my work schedule during the week to be home. About a half-hour before our reschedule time Bill called to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived he assessed our garage door opener issue and gave us several options. He was very professional, friendly and got the job done in about an hour. My wife and I were extremely pleased with Bill and all that he had done. Bill cleaned up, went over all the details on the new garage door opener he installed. He had me step through all the new options we had and he was on his way. My wife and I are very pleased with our new, extremely quiet garage door opener. It has a few new bells and whistles that our old opener didn't have, which were nice additions. We purchased the 8550 Liftmaster. Our dog was also pleased with Bill too because Bill had some milk bone dog biscuits for him in his truck. Bill made a new friend. I highly recommend Precision Door Service.
