The technician was able to come by earlier than scheduled. The door repair was done quickly. The estimate was spot on and Anthony could not have been more cordial and helpful. As my car was parked in the garage behind the door with the broken spring, it was tricky. But Anthony directed me in inching up of the vehicle and he was finished in minutes.

So impressed with the efficiency of Anthony when he fixed our garage door! In less than a 24 hour turn around our door was fixed with skill and promptness. *Had to rate at least a star otherwise review would not go through* One of our garage doors broke and the gentleman that came out almost immediately told me the door could not be repaired. He gave me a quote for a new door. I called another company to come out to provide a quote and he told me “we can fix that”. So we saved around $1,600 and just got our original door repaired. I am so thankful I called another company and did not proceed with a new door.

We assumed the very worst when our son backed into our garage, but I am amazed at the courtesy and speed of the repair! I had a 30 minute zoom call and it was done before my call was over!! And the cost was far below what I assumed! Highly recommended!!

I was real pleased that a technician was available on the weekend. I was really excited that someone was available to come out early in the day. The technician was early in the arrival window (11-100). The phone assistant was friendly and informative. The technician was absolutely great. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and engaging. I am very happy with the repair service I received today from Paul Broschk. The spring broke on my garage door, when I called Precision they gave me an appointment for the next day. Paul was on time and very nice and personable. He discussed my options and repaired the garage door right then. He answered all my questions and the garage door is working better than before!

Called them during work just out of blue. My Spring has been broke for year. They were here the next day in and out spring fixed and new cables put on also. We'll definitely recommend to everyone and will actually be buying new door thru them.

The company has a 24 hrs call service. Which is wonderful. My garage door opener stopped functioning at night. I called in close to midnight and a courteous, knowledgeable staff was able to schedule me next morning. Technician Zoran Jovanovic was amazing. He did it while I was at work. Very prompt, responsive and did a great job He left the manual and two sensors by the door step. Place was clean. When I came home, I opened the garage door and the sensors started blinking, after which I could not close the door. I called Zoran and, he stopped by rectified and made sure it was all working well, before he left. He even put the two bulbs for me. What an amazing, personalized service in today’s world. Would absolutely work with them and strongly recommend them. Professional service and an honest reputed company.

Calling at 8:30 am on a Sunday morning and having someone from Precision Door show up at 11:00 am was such a blessing. The technincian, Greg, was extremely courteous and professional. Greg and I discussed the condition of the garage door and my husband & I both agreed that replacing the door was the best option for us. Greg was very helpful in making this decision. I also want to say that Greg helped me get my vehicle out of the garage and he made a stressful situation stress free for me. I am looking forward to the installation of our new garage door. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Cleveland for garage door repair service. They cover a wide area not just Cleveland. I live in Lorain County. My phone call was answered immediately and after explaining the service required I was given an appointment within days despite it was in cold February. The technician, Anthony Wise, arrived on time, was friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable of garage door repairs. Hello , Yes to all questions, Tony was very good explain what needed to be done, and how to use every thing . That the use of each equipment has changed. That is what older people of my age need to know. I will calling for him to do my genie in Two weeks. Have a Blessed Day .
