Called in the morning and call was answered in a timely manner and questions answered.I asked when installation of the system could be done and response was that afternoon. Technician arrived in the time frame explained the system and installed it within an hour. He then reviewed pertinent instructions and set the opener code. The service was excellent and thus far I am 100% pleased. Great job!

I called early on a Sunday morning. I couldn’t open the door due to a broken spring. The repairman arrived earlier than expected and everything was fixed before mid afternoon. Cost was more than what I was expecting after googling average repair costs, but overall I was pleased with the results and very happy with the speed of the repair.

We had a sudden and extremely dangerous situation occur, as the 2 x 6 board that secures the garage door mechanism and garage door opener to the garage wall came completely loose. We were in danger of personal and/or property injury due to the tension in the door spring. Zoran, the technician, came on short notice and was able to relieve the spring and make repairs without damage--no small feat!! The repair required new cabling and re-tensioning the spring, along with some tune-ups. The door works better than ever. Thanks Zoran and Precision!

My neighbor referred Precision Garage Door to me and I value his input. I was able to speak with a person, schedule an appointment for the next day, and John called to notify me of his arrival time. His arrival was within the two hour window I was scheduled. John explained everything clearly, concisely, and professionally. The job was complete in one and a half hours as stated. Upon completion, he demonstrated the remote as well as the manual procedure to open the door. I was given a manual and an invoice was provided before and after the job was complete. Our car was stuck in the garage after the spring broke. Since it was a Saturday, the other company which usually serviced our door said someone would call me on Monday. Even when I explained our car was stuck in the garage, I was again advised someone would call on Monday. I did a Google search for garage door repairs and Precision popped up. I called and was told a service person would be by later in the day. Zaron arrived early and fixed the problem promptly. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He was a great guy and very polite. Precision will now be my garage door company and I also told my neighbor about Precision. I’ll always request Zaron to be my repairman too.
