I had a broken spring on my garage door. I call Precision Garage Door and the responded the next day. Greg Carden was the tech that came out. He did a fantastic job on the repair. He also noted a few other items that needed replacement. I was happy to take his advice, as the hardware was the original parts. Greg took care of the work. Precision responded quickly and remedied my problem. And this was a Saturday! A spring broke on our door. A neighbor recommended Precision, so i called and they were here in about an hour. Called in the morning and call was answered in a timely manner and questions answered.I asked when installation of the system could be done and response was that afternoon. Technician arrived in the time frame explained the system and installed it within an hour. He then reviewed pertinent instructions and set the opener code. The service was excellent and thus far I am 100% pleased. Great job!

He arrived on time, clearly explained the entire process and features of the new opener, worked efficiently, and was completed within the hour. His work included setting up the new remote opener and he even reset the opener functions in our cars before he left. We were impressed with the quality and service.
