The back up battery on my garage door opener was beeping. I left messages for 2 days with the company that installed my opener, but got no response. So I called Precision Door and they were able to come out the same day. Greg was on time and professional. He presented my options and replaced the battery as I requested. We called the 24/7 line and was able to get an appointment for Saturday morning. Paul arrived, assessed the problem, gave us a quote and quickly and efficiently made the repair. I called to have a new garage door opener installed. They told me the Serviceman would be at my house between 8 and 10 am on 1/17/25. Shortly after 8 am-they called, they were on the way! Al Fleming came over, checked over my garage and provided information on what needed to be done. It was extremely cold that week-but nice on Friday. Al told me he could do all the work that same day, and that he would come back in the afternoon. He came back promptly and got all of the work done so fast - it was great! Al was very professional and kind - he explained everything perfectly! After the installation - he explained the remotes and keypad. It was a great experience! Thank you Al for doing such a great job and so quickly! I'm glad I contacted Precision Garage Door - will refer to my friends! Thanks again!

We are very pleased with the service provided by Precision Garage Door. Our garage door came off the track on a Saturday around noon, and Precision was the third company we called. The first did not answer the phone, and the second said they would call back on Monday. Precision answered and said a technician would be out between 2:00 and 4:00. Paul arrived around 3:00 and was very friendly. He assessed the situation and presented us with two options, repair or replacement. We chose the repair option and he completed the work in about an hour and fifteen minutes. He explained the repair and demonstrated his work. We recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone having issues!

I had a broken spring on my garage door. I call Precision Garage Door and the responded the next day. Greg Carden was the tech that came out. He did a fantastic job on the repair. He also noted a few other items that needed replacement. I was happy to take his advice, as the hardware was the original parts. Greg took care of the work.
