Best service ever! I called in for service around 12pm They told a tech would be out between 4-6 the same day about a hour and half later a tech called and advise he was on his way. He came advise the issue came back today with the piece to fix my garage motor. He was done in less then five minutes. Very professional and knowledgeable. Be explain to Me what caused the issue. He even pulled my trash can in the yard. Very nice professional guy Bill was the best! I can honestly say this was the best easy experience I have ever had.

I was delighted when Precision sent me a repair man, Paul, and all the necessary repairs and upkeep were done quickly and, most importantly, professionally. Garage door opened by itself. Technician diagnosed that LED lights were the cause by interference, so replacing bulbs with old incandescent bulbs was a recommended. We will see how that works.

Great service from a solid contractor for a great value. My door spring broke about 9:30 on a Sunday morning. My 11 the technician was here, happy and explained what needed to be done. He also noticed that the cable was frayed and he replaced all of it. The cost was reasonable but the service was excellent. I would use Precision again and recommend them to others.

I HAD NEVER HEARD OF PRECISION DOOR SERVICE BEFORE TODAY, BUT AM VERY HAPPY THAT I CHOSE THIS COMPANY. THE REPAIR MAN CALLED TO TELL ME HE WAS ON HIS WAY AND ARRIVED PROMPTLY. HE WAS FRIENDLY AND KNEW HIS CRAFT WELL. IN A LITTLE OVER AN HOUR HE HAD THE DOOR REPAIRED AND LUBRICATED AND WAS ON HIS WAY. THE DOOR WORKS BETTER THAN WHEN IT WAS NEW AND THE REPAIR WAS CONSIDERABLY LESS THAN I ANTICIPATED. THIS COMPANY WILL BE MY FUTURE COMPANY OF CHOICE WHEN IT COMES TO GARAGE DOOR.

We calledthe company late Friday evening and as advertised a real person answered our call and to our surprise scheduled service for Saturday. The technician Paul arrived on time and quickly assessed the problem,quoted a price and fixed the garage door in approximately 1 hour. Paul was knowledgeable and precise in his work. John, (the service representative) remembered me and even my dog (who has since past) though he had not serviced my garage since 2019. Today he immediately spotted the problem and resolved the issue right away. As always, he was courteous and thoroughly explain to me what the problem was and how he was going to resolve it. Before he left, he had me checked the running of my garage door. A kind note about him, before he left, he expressed his condolences regarding the loss of my dog.
