AL FLEMING DID AN OUT STANDING JOB. HE WAS HERE BEFORE SCHEDULED TIME. CALLED ME THAT HE WAS ON HIS WAY. WHEN AL GOT HERE I TOLD HIM WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS. HE TOLD ME WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE AND I GAVE HIM THE GO AHEAD. HE IS VERY FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS. YOUR COMPANY IS LUCKY TO HAVE SUCH A TALENTED TECH. A REAL ASSET TO YOUR COMPANY. We're very pleased that Precision Garage Door Service was able to repair our garage door opener on Sunday, the day it stopped working. Technician Paul Broschk was very friendly with a pleasant personality,thoroughly explaining everything to us,and doing an outstanding job of installing and adjusting our new belt drive system. He also installed two new springs. We will definitely recommend Precision and Paul to our friends.

My service tech Bill Adamini was awesome. Not only did he repair the remote quickly, he brought my garbage can up from driveway and helped put a aluminum siding piece back on ! There is no other place I would go for anything that has to do with my garage door!

We experienced a broken spring which locked our door in the close position. The service time was set for the same day and the service tech was actually early. He explained the company's process and parts in some detail before starting to work. An hour later the door was opens and closing like a new installation. Good job!

Communications was first rate and my technician, Zoran, was absolutely professional. He arrived on time (a bit early actually), had called before, and completed repairs in the amount of time he stated it would take. I stayed out in the garage as he worked and he told me a lot of things about the doors and maintenance tips. I would definitely use Precision again and would recommend them to anyone needing this type of work.

Our garage door broke in the morning, these guys were out here the same day, just hours later. Receptionist was very nice to speak with and she was able to schedule around my baby's nap. Paul was polite, respectful, took the time to explain everything very well, and cleaned up after he was done. The garage door works very well now, smooth and quiet.

I've rarely ever seen such exceptional service from a company. Both the gentleman who made the original service call and Ryan, the specialist who came out to do the work, were incredibly dedicated, professional, honest, and and passionate about their work. They genuinely seemed excited for me and were proud of the company they worked for. When it came time for the work to be done, I watched Ryan obsess over minor details long after the new garage door was in and working properly, before informing me that the work was complete. The new garage door works like a dream and looks amazing, and I'm very impressed by the affordable lifetime warranty they offer, where they replace all parts for life, free of charge, including springs. I can't sing this company's praise enough. They did an amazing job.

I was amazed with the speed and quality of my garage door service. Called at 12:30, Zoran came about 15 minutes later and finished about 2:00 pm.
