Al Fleming arrived within 40 minutes of my call. He was polite, personable and professional. Al showed me the problems and explained the cause in easily understandable terms. He replaced the cable and rollers on the garage door followed by checking for door leveling. I was very pleased with him and his work on my garage door. I will definitely call back Precision for any other work on the door, and, hopefully I can request Al to do the work.

Al Fleming telephoned me to let me know he would arrive in 1/2 hour and he arrived right on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem and provided the needed repair. He was very knowledgable and helpful. Will call again when repairs are needed in the future.

I have a 70 year old home. Last winter the water pipes burst in the attic above the garage - 4 times- and water / ice cascaded over the front and sides of the door. Since then, the door has been noisy and definitely in need of some TLC. Enter Paul...on time, friendly and at task to complete a basic replacement of all door parts, rollers, drums, springs, etc.. Now I have a quiet door that seems to move effortlessly. Thanks!

I had about precision garage doors from a family member so I scheduled an appointment. Originally I was supposed to have Pau installing my new door, but instead got Anthony because he was closer to my location. I was not disappointed. he was very knowledgeable about what I needed and the installation barely took half an hour. Afterwards, he went over the new features with me and the setup orocess, step by step. Overall, I was very pleased with the service I was provided with. I'd definitely refer a friend to precision.

My garage door was acutely damaged on Thursday. Precision sent a great technician out to fix the garage door the same Day--Anthony Wise. Anthony was polite and professional. He thoroughly explained everything that was needed to fix the door for that day as well as in the future. He did a great job! I would not hesitate to call Precision again in the future if needed. In particular--kudos to Anthony for a job well done on an extremely cold day!

My garage door operator stopped functioning on Tuesday morning. I called Tuesday morning the first thing and they sent a lovely polite and efficient repairman who came promptly at 10AM replaced the unit and was on his way by twelve noon. He explained all about the new unit and said that if I had any questions in the future to call Precision and they will give me the answers that I was seeking. I love their guarantee and also the manufacturers warranty. I would certainly recommend them.

Our garage door opener was malfunctioning and Bill Adamini diagnosed the problem with the sensors so he replaced them with updated units however, the limit switch was the other issue so he came back the next day and replaced the faulty unit. He was very professional and explained what he was doing through out the entire service call and even kept my son entertained by sharing with him one of his favorite hobbies which was frisbee golf. He also put in a keypad to make it easier for the kids to close the garage. We highly recommend Bill as a top notch technician and he has proven his technical savvy by installing a new unit he has never done before. Thanks again Bill for a job well done and hope to have you out on our next service call... But not too soon since we have had much success in the reliability of our unit.

Our garage door spring broke so the door couldn't be opened. I called Precision later in the afternoon and got an appointment for the next day. Technician Paul Broschk arrived to repair the door and I found him to be very friendly, easy to talk with and professional. He examined the door and gave me two options for repair. I chose the option that I wanted and he changed the springs, rollers, cables, etc. and was done with the job in about 1 hour after which he showed me what he had done . I am really pleased with the job Paul did, the door works smoother and quieter than it ever did, and I would definitely recommend Precision Door Service .

Hi, When I called I was told a technician would be out between 11:00am-2:00pm . Paul called 10:10am and said he was in the Berea area and would be by in about 20 minutes. He arrived 15 minutes later took a few minutes to greet my husband and I. Another 5 minutes to check out what needed repairing on the garage door and another 5 minutes to explain the good, better and best repair options. Then it took about 1 hr to complete and explain what he did . He was polite and courteous . I would definitely recommend your company to my friends and family. Thank you !

I called Precision because my garage door had become stuck closed and they had been the previous company to service my opener. The previous owner of my unit had left there business info right in the garage and I'm glad she did. While I was able to get the door open eventually, I went ahead with my appointment to find out what had caused the problem. Anthony was my service tech and was very polite, professional and knowledgeable about the issue with the opener. He went over the process of using the manual release and inspected the door and all the parts, during which time he noticed how my cables were damaged. He quickly switched those out for me and now my door is closing perfectly flush with the ground (it was slightly off before). I also had an extra car remote made. Overall, it was well worth the money to have Precision come out and service the opener. I learned quite a bit and am very, very pleased with the outcome and the service that I received. Will definitely recommend.
