Al called ahead and arrived on time. He quickly identified several parts that were faulty and causing a loud noise when opening and closing the door. He repaired the door to my satisfaction. After several years of mediocre service from a well known local garage door service, it was a pleasure to meet Al and benefit from his expertise. I highly recommend PRECISION and plan to call them and especially Al for future needs.

My garage door opener was not working, so I googled key words "garage door opener repair". The first search result was a listing for Cleveland Garage Door (Precision). I chose Precision because of the accreditations and the great reviews on this website. The young lady who booked my appointment was very nice, knowledgeable, and very professional. Much to my surprise, within a matter of minutes of booking the appointment, I received a phone call from Anthony, and he arrived at my home in less than 10 minutes. Anthony was very nice and thorough. He explained what the problem was and did what I thought was a very professional job at a reasonable price in a relatively short period of time. Anthony's assistant was also very nice. I wouldn't hesitate to call Precision if I need repairs or a new garage door opener or garage door. I feel confident they would do a great job.

Perhaps your review will be the determining factor in another person calling us for service to their garage door. We promise a prompt response but in your case, we outdid ourselves. It will be difficult to duplicate a 10 minute response time.(smile) All of our technicians are courteous and professional. Needed someone ASAP and I saw 24/7, the ad on the front of the telephone book is what i saw first. Actually I didn't expect to pay as much as I did, knowing that a garage door is $300,00. I did not get a door. I thought that $1248.00 was high. The installer was very good. 5 star

Our spring broke and we couldn't even leave the house! Bill came over the same day we called - about 3 hours after we called, in fact - and fixed it in less than an hour. He was really nice and his workmanship looks good. He even gave us three different options for pricing and warranty so we could choose the one that fit our budget. Nice guy! Great company!

No doubt in my mind a five star rating.The technician was very courteous, knowledgeable of his job,and took the time to explain the computer system so I could get my garage door open!I wish that you would be able to check off more then one choice because I had two services done.Install garage door opener and rollers with all the hardware that goes with it. Also the amount of time it took for the technician to finish the job was shorter then I thought it would be.Great job on all of the people that helped set up my my appointment to the person installing the product!

I found Precision Garage Door on Angie's List, and was not disappointed with their service. They sent their technician Anthony out, who arrived that same day and even earlier than promised. Anthony explained all the problems with my door, and outlined the steps and costs necessary to fix them. It turned out to be a lot more expensive than I anticipated, but he was able to work with me so I could get all the problem areas fixed.

I was very satisfied with the professional workmanship and courteous attitude of our technician Will. He called ahead of schedule and was very prompt and arrived on the time he said he would be here. We ended up having the spring and rollers replaced on the garage door. He did an excellent job. He explained everything in advance of doing any work. He completed the job in a very timely manner. And the door is quieter now than it was before. We have used this company once in the past and highly recommend them to anyone needing a garage door repair. Hopefully, we won't require any service anytime soon. But if we do we will be sure to call Precision door for any help we need.Thanks again for a job well done.
