I ordered rollers replacement & Tune up of garage door through Angie's list.Technician noticed cable was ripped & needed to be replaced for extra $ 110.I agreed to replace the cable also.All work was done to my satisfaction. i will give 5 star for the service performed by technician Bill Adamini.

My garage door was working, however my remote wasn't. Anthony Wise arrived before me but was so kind telling me to take my time because the roads were icy and he could wait. He programed a new remote and then serviced my door replacing the rollers. It is now so quiet I can't believe it's the same door. I appreciate Precision sending me an email with a photo of the technician so I could feel safe. Anthony was efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant. I couldn't have been more pleased with the service. 5 big stars. Thank you.

I responded to an Angieslist deal ($89.99) for tune-up. Also, needed diagnosis as door was doing as it pleased when opener was pressed. Due to their comprehensive website, I knew who was coming (name & photo), and when. Paul Broschk was my tech.. He was on time, courteous, informative, patient & quick. I do not know much about the "workings" of garage doors & other then Angieslist, did not do my normal research of other companies. Having said that, the parts & service seemed a bit pricey. New keypad, 2 openers, changed rollers & replaced motor...$550. Also, would have liked to receive hand held copy of receipt once I signed. All in all, great, timely service.
