I was having problems with my old garage door opener . I looked on line and when I read all the good reviews about Precision I decided to call. I was not disappointed. My technician Zoran Jovanovic was great. I needed a new opener and he installed it in no time. I would highly recommend Precision .

5 stars. Paul and Chris were awesome. Installed new opener (can't hear our 16 yr old child sneaking in now), replaced spring, cables, rollers, keypad, tightened all bolts, aligned door.

Your Technician, Will, came out to give us an estimate on a new garage door. He was punctual, careful, considerate, and knowledgeable. He took the time to find out out about the problems with the old door and proceeded to suggest a new door that exactly suites our needs. We look forward to the new door and believe Precision deserves its 5 star rating. To clarify, the service performed was an estimate on a garage door, not installation! An order was placed for the door.

YP ad caught my eye. Motivated by 'Sunday service', expected quality service based on general layout and info in ad. Called for app't. Later, went to website and was very impressed with # & quality of reviews as well as pics. (Drug testing & background cks not so important -- just expect good technicians based on reviews.) Bill was superb in explaining, listening, and work. Very pleased with results. (New springs, rollers, cables,bearings, drums installed expertly.) Rating = 5.

Our garage spring failed on a Sunday. We called Precision and they were able to send out a technician that same day. The technician, Bill Adamini, called and told he would be on his way shortly. He gave us options on the repair. He was knowledgeable and rebuilt the entire system to include pulleys, bearings, cables, rollers and springs on our door in about an hour. Our door has never sounded as quiet. Very well please with the service provided by Precision and Bill Adamini. 5 Stars.

I called Precision Garage Door when the original pulley & cable system on my attached garage (from my 50-year old home) let go. The company's Web site, by introducing its staff, made me feel comfortable about the decision to make the appointment. Our techician, Bill Adamini, was professional, courteous, and very approachable. He answered all questions, provided additional info, efficiently installed new equipment needed and cleaned up thoroughtly afterward. My son and I were very pleased with the result and felt that we had met a new friend.
