I found my experience to be most enjoyable. I called on a Sunday and spoke to an employee. You can imagine how surprised I was. Then a technician came to assess my garage door. Ryan is the technician who came today to install my 2 new doors. There was quite a lot to do but he was very efficient and had both doors completed before the time they said it would take. I'm still looking at my new doors. From start to finish everyone I encountered was very knowledgable and helpful. I would highly recommend your company. Thank you.

Chris called prior to scheduled appointment and was there when he said that he would. Chris was very courteous and pleasant. Besides the spring needing to be replaced, he pointed out that the bearings were wobbly, the nylon rollers were wearing, and that the cable was compromised when the torsion spring broke. Based on his recommendations, we went ahead with all of these changes which came with a lifetime warranty. We are very satisified. Five stars.

Chris came out today and overhauled my springs, rollers, end caps, etc. The house was built in 1979, so it was time... He arrived on time, performed an overall assessment, explained details about the new hardware components, and generally made the experience fairly painless. I will add that my selection of Precision was in large part due to the 24 hour call center and website reviews. It was great dealing with such a responsive company, and especially with competent professionals such as Chris.

I called this morning around 11 am for a garage door opener repair because the door would not go down. I got a 4-6 pm appointment. The technician was there around 4. The job was complete shortly after 4:30.

I chose Precision as I saw they were highly rated, along with BBB and Angie's list. I had another company previously put in a door and because of their poor work standard and installation, I am faced with a repair of a door that is less than 5 years old. My technician, Will , was so helpful and was very knowledgeable about the door and how the damage happened. He was very pleasant and I look forward to working with him. He took time to explain all the different parts that needed repair and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend this company!

When our garage door spring broke on the Friday evening before Memorial Day, we thought we'd be stuck with it broken until Tuesday. We called Precision and were happy to find out they could come out first thing Saturday morning to replace it! Anthony was very personable and professional. We were lucky enough to have Zoran come out to the house yesterday. I was very impressed with his knowledge and the potential solutions to our problem with our garage door. He explained everything thoroughly and in a manner that I could understand. He fully went over multiple options for a fix. I was most impressed with his professionalism and how Precision stood behind their proprietary products and Zoran ' s personal commitment to the work he performed. I was unaware of the potential danger to my wife and kids and felt much safer after Zoran completed his work. William Coad was the technician - prompt, solved problem other companies hadn't (saying type of rubber molding at door bottom no longer manufactured). He improvised & installed satisfactory substitute, also lubricated and tested door for good operation, pointed out other impending operational needs. Overall very satisfied and would call this company again in future. Five stars.

Zoran was my technican and he is awesome. The week before he installed a new garage door opener and it is wonderful. Zoran then came back the following week and replaced my spring, rollers and cable. it is like I have a brand new door. I would highly recommend Precision . They are awesome.
