I chose Precision as I saw they were highly rated, along with BBB and Angie's list. I had another company previously put in a door and because of their poor work standard and installation, I am faced with a repair of a door that is less than 5 years old. My technician, Will , was so helpful and was very knowledgeable about the door and how the damage happened. He was very pleasant and I look forward to working with him. He took time to explain all the different parts that needed repair and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend this company!

When our garage door spring broke on the Friday evening before Memorial Day, we thought we'd be stuck with it broken until Tuesday. We called Precision and were happy to find out they could come out first thing Saturday morning to replace it! Anthony was very personable and professional. He presented us with our options and what the costs would be so we could make an informed decision.

We were lucky enough to have Zoran come out to the house yesterday. I was very impressed with his knowledge and the potential solutions to our problem with our garage door. He explained everything thoroughly and in a manner that I could understand. He fully went over multiple options for a fix. I was most impressed with his professionalism and how Precision stood behind their proprietary products and Zoran ' s personal commitment to the work he performed. I was unaware of the potential danger to my wife and kids and felt much safer after Zoran completed his work. Not only did Zoran come out the same day that I called, but he completed alot of work in a short amount of time that same day. Can't say how impressed I was with the whole process, thank you.

William Coad was the technician - prompt, solved problem other companies hadn't (saying type of rubber molding at door bottom no longer manufactured). He improvised & installed satisfactory substitute, also lubricated and tested door for good operation, pointed out other impending operational needs. Overall very satisfied and would call this company again in future. Five stars.

Zoran was my technican and he is awesome. The week before he installed a new garage door opener and it is wonderful. Zoran then came back the following week and replaced my spring, rollers and cable. it is like I have a brand new door. I would highly recommend Precision . They are awesome.

Matt called to let us know that he could arrive earlier than we were expecting him. He showed us the broken spring, and suggested that we might want to consider replacing the garage door, which is 60 years old and is extremely heavy (est. 400#). We chose to replace the springs. He worked very fast and efficiently. We are considering replacing the door. Matt was very courteous. We were happy with the service.

Technician Bill Adamini was very friendly, took his time to review my garage door problem (one broken spring). He was so helpful that I decided to have a new opener installed. He took his time explaining what can be done and did his work promptly and then explained how everything worked and even programmed one of my car's home link remote. At the end I decided to order a bottom panel for my garage door which had shown some rusting, but I requested that he be the one to install it when it comes. He promised he will. Good job by Bill! 5 Stars

Matt Petroff is an excellent technician! He diagnosed the problem, gave me options, did a temporary fix until my husband cleared the boxes from the center of the garage. He returned at the appointed time another day, worked diligently, explained how it operated, helped me program the code, gave me my remotes and written instructions, and even put light bulbs in the overhead panel. Great job, very pleased, very quiet operating system, and definitely a 5 star performance! I would certainly recommend Matt and Precision Door to anyone. I heard about the company through Angie's List membership, and am very satisfied with the workmanship and quality of product.

My garage door was stuck and I couldn't get my car out, so I needed fast service. A technician (Paul) arrived at my house little more than an hour after I called. (Another service I called earlier said it couldn't help me until the next day.) The door had several serious problems. Paul handled them all in less than two hours. We knew there were some problems with the garage door from the sounds. I purchased a door inspection package from Angie's List and Anthony came to work on the door. We originally had the door installed by Precision 11 years ago and he had all the information. He looked the door over and recommended a lifetime warranty package to fix the springs, cables and other moving parts. Anthony worked efficiently and was done quickly. He seemed very knowledgeable. The door works beautifully.
