The technician called ahead to inform me that he was on his way. When he arrived he went right to work surveying the situation and as a result offering 3 choice estimates. I found the technician to be very knowledgeable about his craft. The technician explained the estimates thoroughly and after making my choice went right to work and completed the job in a quick and professional manner. Having said that, I submit a rating of 5 stars.

We were having an issue with our cheap garage door opener which the builder put in before we purchased the house (2006 built). Bill troubleshooted the issue and replaced the opener, he also gave us a demonstration on how the new unit works and what settings the opener has. While Bill was installing the opener we were talking about how builders cut costs by putting in shotty products seeing how I already had to replace a water heater, furnace, and appliances in our home. Bill looked over the door and noticed that the spring was rusted out, the wheels were plastic instead of metal for the type of door we had, and the cables pulling up the door were frayed. Bill said that we had a couple of months before we would start having more issues with the door. I had Bill go ahead and replace all the parts that were deteriorating. Bill was very nice and professional on getting our door back up and working and I appreciate the fact that he looked over the door to fix any other issues we might have had. I would definitely do business with Precision door again.

I called because our boom broke and while waiting on hold I heard about the safety inspection. I have 2 kids running around my house and want the garage to be safe. My garage failed the inspection and the same day I was able to have it brought up to the proper standards. The representative sent out, Anthony, was kind, courteous and thorough.

We called Precision to (initially) repair a busted garage spring. We were kept up to date on arrival times, and even received an expedited service call as both our cars were trapped in the garage. Zoran was our tech. He was here for over 4 hours, repairing and installing all custom work for our (previously) extremely wonky garage door, including a new opener and torsion spring system. Zoran was entirely professional and awesome to work with. He kept us updated on every part, cost, option, etc. We highly recommend Precision! It's always refreshing to find a fantastic, local company that performs exceptional work.

When I called Precision for service call, the receptionist that answered was very polite and courteous. The technician Ryan was on time for the appointment and he too was polite and courteous (I am guessing that this a typical attitude with your employees) He explained all of the repairs needed after which I decide that it was more cost effective to replace the door instead of making the repair. Ryan ordered the door and scheduled the install for the next day He did a great job installing our new garage door. I would recommend your company to anyone needed a garage door repair

Current opener was almost 20 yrs. old. Al gave both options to repair/replace the unit, obviously replace was the better option based on economics. Al arrived on time was courteous and a quick worker. Would recommend him to anyone needing service.

What a great experience I just had with Bill Adamini of Precision Door Service. He clearly explained everything he was doing and he was very thorough. He also called 10 minutes prior to his arrival to let me know he was on his way. My experience with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service was very positive. The person answering the phone was polite and informative. Anthony, the technician who came to replace a broken torsion spring ,was prompt and thorough in his explanation of costs and of the quality of the springs. He did quality work in a timely manner. There was some confusion regarding the warranty I had paid for in 2008 but the matter was settled to the satisfaction of both sides.
