Precision Door is the go to company in the Cleveland and surrounding area for garage door repair. They not only have an excellent staff, being my technician was Paul Broschk who was professional and very knowledgeable. But they were on time and honored their word. Paul took the time t evaluate my problem and present me with a couple of options for repair. He explained what needed to be done and did the job quickly and now my door is like brand new. They get the 5 star rating from this client. I highly recommend this company.

Your repair man installed new springs. He was very polite and professional and explained everything that he would be doing. I was thrilled when he told me the springs were covered by warranty. My neighbor Rosemary Canitia sent over the Precision Tech because we were having troubles with our garage door. The Tech who was Chris came over. I explained the noise and what the door was doing. Chris explained in detail what the procedure would be to determine what was wrong. Chris was a great Tech, he explained in lay terms what had to done to make it work to be efficient and maintenance free for the future years to come. Chris, discussed all avenues and prices and I gave my consent to do the job. Chris gave Great customer service, neat in his appearance. I was very pleased. Thank you. RATING IS 5 STARS!!!!

When we bought our house last year, the garage door opening system failed in the first 30 days. We contacted Precision and they came quickly and had a brand new high quality system installed in one visit. The technicians are friendly, respectful and very knowledgeable. We recently had a small service issue, called the office and a tech was there in about an hour. It required just a small adjustment and we were back in business. We highly recommend Precision!

I found the company by searching online. After reading some of the reviews and noting the 24/7 service, I called at noon on a Saturday and was told a technician would be at my home between 4 & 6 that afternoon to fix my broken spring. What was nice is that a live person answered the phone rather than having to set up my appointment via voicemails or recorded messages. Within an hour I received a call from the technician, Ryan, who said he could be at my home by 1:30. He showed up when promised, explained all of my options regarding the repairs, including the price for each option, and completed the work well within the estimated timeframe. He was professional, cleaned up the work area when he was done, and made sure I understood what was done before he left. I am very pleased with the service provided and gladly recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

Last evening, one of the cables on my garage door had disconnected so I called the first garage repair that popped up on the website. I might add that their website seemed to offer everything that I was looking for, 24 hr service, close to my home, and reasonable pricing. I did wonder though, why the telephone number was not a local one, but I called anyway. After numerous rings a man finally answered. I didn't expect someone to answer that didn't speak English well. (Big Turnoff) However, his voice was clear enough for me to understand when he said "How far are you from downtown Cleveland"? (Second Big Turnoff). After listening to him mumble about 10 minutes, I decided to researched the web again and came across Precision. The advertisement and hyperlinks on the webpage made it easy to navigate and find just the right location close to my home. When I called, I heard a very professional and plesant voice. She address my concerns and scheduled me for a service call and email me confirmation. This morning I received a call from my service technician, Al Flemming, not only did he repair the cable on my garage door, he noted the cause of the problem was a broken spring, so I had him replace both of them. I made him aware of my current fixed income situation and he took it upon himself to make my repairs affordable. I would recommend Precision to everyone needing their garage door replaced or repaired. I feel confident that if all of the Precision Service Technicianss are as competent and professional as Al, you will be as satisfied as I am. You may even want to ask if Al Flemming is available. My husband called early in the morning because the springs on the door totally broke the night before(and cars were stuck inside). Al came out super fast and fixed quickly. All we paid was the service call because the springs were under warranty. Fantastic company, won't call anyone else! Highly recommend.

Because Bill Adamini did such an excellent and professional job a few weeks ago. I actually asked him then if he would personally install the replacement bottom panel for my garage door when the ordered part came in. I was lucky to have him back to do this job. All my comments about him from a previous review (5/15/15) still hold true. I give him 5 stars. There is something I'd like to mention. When I ordered the replacement door panel, I was supposed to get a call from your office when the part came in so I can set up an appointment for the installation. I never got a call, so I called your office on 6/5/15 in the a.m. and I was told that this message was going to be given to the "supervisor (?)" and I will be called back. I never got a call, so I called back in the p.m. since it was a Friday.

I had an emergency to get out but my door would not close. Ryan was here within the hour so I was very pleased with his service. They may cost a little more but the warranty and service is worth it so am glad I had them replace my old one. So far all problems have been resolved and Ryan is very nice.

When Precision Garage Door technician, Paul Broschk arrived to our home to repair our garage door springs, his first response was to evaluate the entire functionality of the garage door. The door was in need of a real tune-up. Paul Broschk presented us with three repair scenarios at three separate price points. We choose the mid-rage repair option was very pleased with the outcome. He arrived promptly and reviewed the current problem making it necessary to open and close the door manually. He installed new parts as shown on the invoice.
