Anthony was friendly, professional and ON TIME...he was even a few minutes ahead of schedule. He explained everything thoroughly and completed the repair quickly and neatly. He even checked around afterward to make sure there wasn't any trash left on the garage floor. Highly recommended!

Bill provided an instant ID of the the problem. He explained all my options and let me select the repair. I took his recommedations & he was finished with the repairs in 30 mins. 5 Star Service Pros: Fast response - Called at 3pm on a Saturday and they were in the driveway at 4:30. Knowledgeable - Explained the problem, mechanics, engineering in total detail Offered options - good better best Excellent warranty Exceptional quality parts Remove the old stuff and packaging CONS Not Cheap but you get what you pay for The new opener is ten times quieter than the old one. The springs were properly sized to the door and the rollers actually roll and look like they are engineered to last.

I'm happy to give Precision and Paul Broschk a 5 star rating. My 26 year-old garage door had multiple problems from rollers, to springs and the opener itself. Paul arrived earlier than promised and explained exactly what needed to be done. He did the work in the 2-1/2 hours he said it would take and explained to me and my wife exactly how to work everything. That door has never operated so quietly

Bill was awesome! He was dispatched and arrived less than 2hrs after my phone call on a Saturday, 12/6/2014. We installed a garage door opener and we needed some miner repairs done to make sure the door would work properly. Anthony Wise showed me what needed to be done and fix the trouble points we were having. The door is back working. It's always a pleasure to write a good review on a job very well done. Ryan came out to help decide what could be done with a very noisy 18 year old garage door opener. Since worn out gearing/bearigs were unlikely to improve with more grease or oil lubrication I picked out an replacement opener package. Ryan provided the details without "pressure" to help choose a new system. The installation was quick and clean. Ryan helped set up the in car remote and helped rehang an item that was next to the new opener. Professional and customer focused....with a solid product. Neighbors will be told who to go to for garage door problems
