Your technician, Paul Broschk, arrived on time and ready to evaluate my garage. He was courteous and well spoken and went straight to the task at hand. He clearly explained my options and answered all my questions. He was confident in the product and assured me the job would be done in about 2 hours, which it was. I had already had another company evaluate the situation, but the best he could offer was that he might be able to install an opener, but due to the age and flat roof of my garage, it would take lots of tweaking to get it to work. I declined. I am so glad I did. Since Precision is recommended on Angie's list, I assumed they were reputable and they are. Thank you for a job well done by a great technician.

I found Precision on Yahoo and their website looked great. When I called I told them I needed immediate assistance with my garage door because I had a doctors appointment for my daughter and they were out at my house within the hour. It was great! My repair man Will was great, informative, new the product inside and out, was professional, polite and was able to fix my garage door for the right price. I will definitely continue my business with Precision in the future and recommend them to my neighbors and friends. My first impression was great and that's what it takes. Chris came out to the house within 2 hours of when I called. He did a great job installing new springs, new rollers and performing all needed maintenance. I am extremely pleased with the work performed, and now when I come home late the door doesn't make that loud noise anymore to alert and waken my wife!

Bill was wonderful this morning. (1) He was prompt. When a service provider gives you a window of "9 to 12" you assume they will arrive around 1. Bill arrived at 9:15. (2) He explained the needed repair prior to completing the service and then walked me through the repair afterwards. (3) He was pleasant - I do not see enough of this in this world.

Al did a terrific job fixing our broken garage door! He was prompt, courteous, and efficient. He called in advance to let us know he was on the way. We also appreciate that Precision Door Service provides an immediate response. We initially contacted Sears for the repair but they said a technician wasn't available for 10 days. What kind of service is that? We'll always use PDS and will tell our friends too!

Precision came out to repair my door back in 2008 . They came out told me the repairs they also told me it wood be better to replace the door because of efficiency. There door tech are great to work with let alone nice to speak with . I give them a solid 5 Starr . They also had to come repair a spring today for me 6/22/15 . The tech bill was once again awesome told what I needed repaired in a swiftness awsome I would not do business with anyone else. They have my business and I would references them to everyone. I called them today at 9:40am today they had a tech at my door by a 11:00 am wow what type of service is that awesome. 5 Starr all the way ..thanks Precison.

Ryan Freeman was our tech., whom was very professional and new his stuff!!the Arm from our garage door opener came disconnected from our door which was a result of just a poor installation from Homolick door service... Ryan new exactly how to fix the problem so this would never happen again and installed a metal piece first then attaching the arm of rhe opener to it!! The service call was made to repair a noisy and very annoying garage door. My technician (Zoran Jovanovic) did an outstanding job explaining what the problem was and how he was going to resolve it. Hello, Everything appeared to go well this morning but I went to open the garage door now (to run an errand) and the door will not stay up and I cannot get my car out. I have called your office to ask that someone come out tomorrow (Friday) to get this corrected and I have an appointment for late morning. Luckily, I am working from home tomorrow otherwise I would miss a day of work. The person I spoke with told me that I may be charged $65 for a service call. REALLY? Please tell me that your company takes responsibility for the work done and parts installed during at least the first 24 hours. Thank you, Melanie Klinec

I chose Precision from the internet listing because one of the overhead doors was not operating. It was a good choice. Your technician, Tony Wise, found the problem in a short time. Your technician, Zoran Jovanovic did an excellent job, not only repairing the broken spring, but also outlining the other problems with our door. The door had previously been installed with inferior rollers and two different sizes of springs. Zoran did a complete overhaul on our door and when he finished our door was operating smoothly and quietly. Thanks for an excellent job. Definitely a 5 star repair.
