I was able to make an appointment right away, good customer service. Paul Broschk was my technician, awesome guy. Knowledgeable, efficient, and just all-around personable. Thought the new equipment (spring, cables, bearings, etc) was a little steep in price, especially after some research, but, quality-looking and warranty backed. I would recommend and use their services again.

lightening strike on Tuesday night, and I was going out of town, access to the door was critical for pet care, Precision was at my house on time and put in the extra effort to solve all of the issues.... the cat will be fed :)

Your representative was at the house very promptly, and that was especially important as I had a serious appointment at the time. Don't object to the $65 cost of the service cost. The second time the rep has made a heavy pitch for about $700 upgrade of my door. Very expensive calls if response is positive.

paul was both timely and accurate in diagnosis. quickly fixed the door and now the door is working perfect. Precision may not be the lowest cost alternative out there, but they certainly seem to be the most accurate. Fixing right the first time is money in the bank.

Excellent service. Since garage door would not open and car was inside, emergency service was provided without addition cost. Technician immediately detected problem, explained it fully and provided a quote. We accepted the quote and rebuild was completed within an hour. We found Precision on Angie's List and are very pleased with the service.

Presicion had done service for us before, so, naturally I called when I saw a service provided through Amazon. I did not contact Amazon, but called Precision directly. I had not realized that I had a life time warranty so I was glad that I had called Precision instead of dealing with Amazon. Very pleased! Called Precision for general maintenance on the door (springs, rollers, lube etc...). Customer service was excellent! Our tech called to ask if he could arrive early which shocked me. Compare that to the cable company that gave me a 12 hour window and came at the very end. The tech was very knowledgeable and was able to give me a good, better and best estimate for what needed to be repaired. I was very impressed by the different options and also the warranties that came with the option I chose. It seems like Precision truly cares about customers and stands behind their work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

I can't say enough about the excellent service I received this past Saturday! The door just up and quit, I called and Paul Broschk was here very shortly. Fixed all the things that were wrong with the door and installed a new garage door opener. Very professional, explained everything and did a great job! He's one of a kind and the BEST! My wife and I are pleased with the door and opener. The installer drilled 8 unwanted holes into the ceiling before finding ones that would work. That was something that we didn't expect to happen with professional installers.
