Amazing, that within 90 minute of my emergency call at 6:00 p.m., and 45 minutes after his arrival, Al had my door respiring and completely refurbished and on my way by 7:30. Must admit that I was stunned by the cost. $854.00 after a $249.00 discount was a shock. Unit cost of parts seemed beyond reality. Al the service man was efficient, knowledgable and professional in all respects.

I called around to get general estimates to install a lock on a garage door at a rental property. Precision was the only company willing to give me a price range of locks and tell me how much the service call would be. The garage door had an opener, but it hadn't worked since we bought the property. We assumed it would be cheaper to install a lock than to repair the opener. The technician, Matt, asked a few questions and took a quick look at the setup. He discovered the wiring going to a safety sensor was bad. He quickly replaced the wire and the door works beautifully now. The best part was that the price was lower than installing a lock. If I look at time spent and cost of materials, the price was high. But when I factor in that Matt had the knowledge and training to repair my problem in very little time, freeing me up to go back to work, the price was very reasonable.

Bill was terrific! He arrived ahead of schedule (after calling to make sure this was okay with me) and completed the repairs quickly. Wow! Will Coad, what a technician. We were very uncomfortable and caught off guard when we heard how much it was going to cost.. But he reassured us by explaining exactly what we were going to receive. Will was very honest and did not try to push any product on us and explained what we truly needed. Last Will was very personable and very kind, which you do not often find in technicians.

The service tech's name was Al. He was prompt, personable and efficient. He quickly installed a keypad and made sure the garage door was operating correctly. He replaced a battery in my garage door opener and lubricated the garage door. He explained everything and answered all of my questions. I would give him a rating of 5 stars! Your technician, Paul Broschk, arrived on time and ready to evaluate my garage. He was courteous and well spoken and went straight to the task at hand. He clearly explained my options and answered all my questions. He was confident in the product and assured me the job would be done in about 2 hours, which it was. I had already had another company evaluate the situation, but the best he could offer was that he might be able to install an opener, but due to the age and flat roof of my garage, it would take lots of tweaking to get it to work. I declined. I am so glad I did. Since Precision is recommended on Angie's list, I assumed they were reputable and they are. Thank you for a job well done by a great technician.

When I called I told them I needed immediate assistance with my garage door because I had a doctors appointment for my daughter and they were out at my house within the hour. It was great! Bill was wonderful this morning. (1) He was prompt. When a service provider gives you a window of "9 to 12" you assume they will arrive around 1. Bill arrived at 9:15. (2) He explained the needed repair prior to completing the service and then walked me through the repair afterwards. (3) He was pleasant - I do not see enough of this in this world.

Al did a terrific job fixing our broken garage door! He was prompt, courteous, and efficient. He called in advance to let us know he was on the way. We also appreciate that Precision Door Service provides an immediate response. We initially contacted Sears for the repair but they said a technician wasn't available for 10 days. What kind of service is that? We'll always use PDS and will tell our friends too!

Precision came out to repair my door back in 2008 . They came out told me the repairs they also told me it wood be better to replace the door because of efficiency. There door tech are great to work with let alone nice to speak with . I give them a solid 5 Starr . They also had to come repair a spring today for me 6/22/15 . The tech bill was once again awesome told what I needed repaired in a swiftness awsome I would not do business with anyone else. They have my business and I would references them to everyone. I called them today at 9:40am today they had a tech at my door by a 11:00 am wow what type of service is that awesome. 5 Starr all the way ..thanks Precison.

Ryan Freeman was our tech., whom was very professional and new his stuff!!the Arm from our garage door opener came disconnected from our door which was a result of just a poor installation from Homolick door service... Ryan new exactly how to fix the problem so this would never happen again and installed a metal piece first then attaching the arm of rhe opener to it!!
